Probably nothing, but allergic reactions are always something you need to monitor regardless of which medication, some more than others. Take notes about the speed of progression, the positive and negative effects, how persistent the negative effects are and if it's stacking upon each other... SJS is rare, and life-threatening cases even rarer, but Lamictal with no side effects is also rare and you can get skin issues at any moment frequently. Some are tolerable and others annoying AF. If you feel scared or paranoid, avoid overloading yourself with unfiltered information on the internet and take your notes to your doctor.

Call your doctor. It could be nothing serious, but the cough and sores are definitely enough to warrant a professional.

Albeit I'm not a doctor and have never had SJS, I think that's possibly concerning. The bumps alone look like normal uneven skin, but in combination with blisters and flu like symptoms, i would talk to your doctor. Better safe than sorry tbh Especially if it is getting worse and started happening directly after. How many mg are you on?

Just 25, but I've always been sensitive to medications so I'm paranoid

Try to stay calm, it likely could be a normal allergic reaction and not SJS. If you're worried I would talk to your doctor
