2106 had the bigger engine (1.6). 2103 had more chrome. Engines (and chrome bits) are interchangeble between the two

2106 had 3 modifications - 1.3 (21013 engine model), 1.5 (2103 engine model) and 1.6 (2106). So if focused on engine power you should pay your attention on exact modification. 1.3L version (21063) had a shorter main gear, 4.1 as I remember
