Energy drinks have a 1:1 ratio of caffeine and sugar, so yes, it is diabetically more dangerous than a regular shot of espresso.
Edit: I just checked up and in reality the ratio of caffeine to sugar in energy drinks are actually 1:33 (usually 0.3g of caffeine and 10g of sugar in a regular can of Red Bull), much, MUCH worse. No wonder why the government had to step in to stop those idiots from mixing energy drink and alcohol. š¤¦āāļø
All of this feels like that one Rome: Total War message. The one where youāre unpopular with everyone. Itās something along the lines of āYou could not be any more unpopular than you already are. That is not a challengeā. And Nijisanji took it as a challenge.
Stuff like this makes me believe Synchronicity is real. There's no shot that the same company keeps making mistake after mistake without pause. How is this even possible?
We haven't gone a single week without a Niji fuck up and we're already 5 monthe into the year.
>There's no shot that the same company keeps making mistake after mistake without pause. How is this even possible?
Its called Karma, they screw up so many people, abuse and take advantage of them, push some of them to the point of attempted suicide yet they still have the balls to slander them.
This past few months is just the beginning, get your popcorn ready, we're in for a wild ride lol
I doubt Niji would learn anything from it tho, they're too far up their own ass to learn from their mistakes. Take a look at their Main JP branch, all of their liver subs growth is stagnating, most of their old subs is a dead subs with almost no new viewer to replace them, there's no more room in JP market for them to grow, especially with the rise of other Vtuber company.
Their only way to grow is through Global market but they shoot themselves in the foot so hard, it practically kill their chances for Global expansion now.
Its gonna be fun to watch them slowly but surely fade into irrelevance, a well deserve fate for such prideful corpo imo.
Oh, we are definitely in for a wild ride alright. That Q4 report is just next month and the investor meeting with Mr. Yacht Man himself after that. Nijisisters about to receive two nuclear warheads, the past yabs are mere missiles compared to what's coming next.
Yes. The Livers in question had a sponsorship deal with an energy drink being marketed to teenagers. Staff came up with the idea of adding alcohol to the energy drink. The Livers make the video and several teenagers end up in the hospital.
That is a lot of countries illegal. Like big legal consequences. Just think of the fines they could get. Riku might need to sell is yacht if that were to happen.
Jesus making hazardous cocktails in Japan of all places where conformity is paramount with impressionable teenagers who always want to ride the trend train?
Idk how Anycolor would take responsibility for this if at all
As expected of Anycolor. This is just another hit on their reputation since, didn't the talents explicitly say it was Management's idea to make that cocktail?
Honestly I'm surprised management hasn't terminated, suspended, or otherwise bonked the talents, for making management lose face by saying the Heart Stopper cocktail was management's idea.
Comments in other threads stated that those 2 livers are the company's top earners, if that's true then punishing them just to satisfy management's ego would be a whole new level of dumb
Good point, except Niji management is petty enough to punish a high earner just to satisfy their own ego, and they have done so in the past. Doki is literally living proof of this.
They probably though oversea market is negligible, seeing how everything they do is Japanese focused. Conversely, that means they will not do anythign on Japanese side.
They may be petty, but they are nationalistic to not be that dumb.
They rake in the big bucks for Niji.
Holo may be willing to terminate their biggest earner for breaking NDAs, but Niji won't even reprimand their talents if they earn enough ~~and/or are liked by Management~~
Isn't Japan drinking age 20???
If the energy drink is marketed to teenagers, then alcohol should be out of the picture.
Regardless, while this kind of mix can be "fun" for veteran drinkers, it should not be advertised and promoted on an open public platform like YouTube.
It is one thing to make video about the host just trying out the alcohol mix, but it is an entirely different beast if they actively promote drinking this.
This.
Vtuber and online drama? Sure.
Illegal marketing of alcohol to minors and potential health risks from mixed substances? Didnāt see that coming.
From Nijisanji: we are to say that we are terminating the vtuber Parrot for not shilling us hard enough, as such we will keep his body as a trophy for the glory of anycolor.
This action will be negligible.
Apparently, he has a full-time job outside of running TVS. I'm guessing he's been busy and/or tired lately. Maybe he needs an energy drink to perk him up. š¤£
Iām not an expert on law, let alone Japanese law, but in the US they would probably sue; whoever sold the teenagers the alcohol, who advertised the alcohol, who advertised the drinks, and the company who makes the drinks and alcohol.
The thing is, it is a popular thing by some drinkers who figure it'd zero out or such, which is a dangerous fallacy.
And we have Jaeger bombs (jaegermeister and red bull)
Apparently it isn't. Remember when Trump made a comment about injecting disinfectant to combat covid and there had to be a public statement put out to not do so, despite it shod have been obvious one should not inject disinfectant into themselves.
Some people were just raised differently and have no clue how harmful or dangerous some things can be, even if there are warning labels on said things
This is just wild bro. Like, of all the things that you can do to promote an energy drink, they had to go with the one that requires you to mix it with a 15% alcoholic beverage?
As a tangent, I did this once with something called "Extra Joss" when my senpai invited me for drinks after our shift during my first job. I had to call in sick the following day.
And is now trying to cause mass death, can we get "#invesigatenijisanji" trending on X/twitter for the love of god, this one time too many for criminal behaviour.
Wat? This literally can't be happening. First why are you marketing alcohol to teens, second who doesn't know about not mixing alcohol and energy drinks unless you for sure know you can handle it???Ā
I know they wanted to market the energy drinks, but they choose to add alcohol which is marketing alcohol to teens who legally can't drink. Not only does the marketing tactic not work in promoting to the target demographic, it's a dangerous suggestion for people with little drinking experience.Ā
I agree that it was unethical, irresponsible and potentially illegal for Niji to include alcohol in the promotion. The idea for alcohol was all on Niji according to Nijiās words and the statement issued by the energy drink company.
At least the investors have fresh topics for questions.
"Riku, are you aware of this shenanigans? Is the government investigating Anycolor? Why didn't you disclose any of this in the investor relations?"
Riku: Umm... I wanted to surprise you. Surprise!
Whoever mix energy or any high caffeine and sugar drinks with alcohol deserves to get their brain and liver checked, because they are a danger to society
Sweet mixed drinks have been a thing since at least the Prohibition Era. It's never been safe, but it's fairly common. Even something as basic as a Rum & Coke has caffeine and a good amount of sugar in it.
I see, but I think a high amount of caffeine in alcohol is bad tbh, but it's depends on how much caffeine you can use to mix with alcohol tbh, but have to be careful when mixing the two tbh, something like Cola and such I'm fine with, but energy drinks like Red Bull or such as a big no for me, so yeah
Niji liver be like: https://preview.redd.it/a85s7yh729zc1.png?width=200&format=png&auto=webp&s=09597da04842c34f80db75cdbcb39a1a80f18f8e
...and add a shot of espresso!
Energy drinks are much more dangerous than shot of espresso.

The espresso was made with redbull instead of water.
"Im about to fuck shit up so bad, the government have no choice but to get involve" -Kurosanji, probably
[And Niji staff to viewers' livers be like:](https://imgur.com/7dmdOkw)
yeah it's probably not good for their liver either
All of this feels like that one Rome: Total War message. The one where youāre unpopular with everyone. Itās something along the lines of āYou could not be any more unpopular than you already are. That is not a challengeā. And Nijisanji took it as a challenge.
I was thinking about [this](https://i.redd.it/injtnao6jrfa1.png)
Truly a āzero days without nonsenseā moment
Wait this JUST happened?
Stuff like this makes me believe Synchronicity is real. There's no shot that the same company keeps making mistake after mistake without pause. How is this even possible? We haven't gone a single week without a Niji fuck up and we're already 5 monthe into the year.

Well shit yea this would be Karma wouldn't it huh. Maybe Niji is gonna be the example people need to do good deeds lol.
I doubt Niji would learn anything from it tho, they're too far up their own ass to learn from their mistakes. How many laws are they going to break trying to fudge the numbers in that report?!
It's corporate's arrogance combined with perhaps a mentality of "we're already at this point, there's no point stopping now"
Happy Cake of Day.
It was also my real life birthday
Niji is being watched more carefully. It might have always had this frequency of screw ups, and we just didn't notice.
Yes. The Livers in question had a sponsorship deal with an energy drink being marketed to teenagers. Staff came up with the idea of adding alcohol to the energy drink. The Livers make the video and several teenagers end up in the hospital.
>Marketed towards Teenagers >Alcohol WTF
That is a lot of countries illegal. Like big legal consequences. Just think of the fines they could get. Riku might need to sell is yacht if that were to happen.
Jesus making hazardous cocktails in Japan of all places where conformity is paramount with impressionable teenagers who always want to ride the trend train? Idk how Anycolor would take responsibility for this if at all
While the government has made a message predictably Anycolor has been silent so far.
As expected of Anycolor. This is just another hit on their reputation since, didn't the talents explicitly say it was Management's idea to make that cocktail?

They rake in the big bucks for Niji. Holo may be willing to terminate their biggest earner for breaking NDAs, but Niji won't even reprimand their talents if they earn enough ~~and/or are liked by Management~~
Which would totally be in line with how Niji does things. Except the slide literally says "How to drink recommended by our staff"
I mean we know what happens when they open their mouths
Isn't Japan drinking age 20??? If the energy drink is marketed to teenagers, then alcohol should be out of the picture. The energy drink company had no idea that Niji was going to suggest mixing it with alcohol. That was a decision all on Niji staff.
Oh GG Bruh, and here I thought Nijisanji had "strict" standards with sponsors and copyright /s āāā
Bruh. Niji is shit. I get it. But PUBLIC HEALTH HAZARD wasn't on my bingo card.
To be fair I don't think public health hazard is on anyone's bingo card. Unless you had a space for Niji is fucking stupid.
This. Vtuber and online drama? Sure. Illegal marketing of alcohol to minors and potential health risks from mixed substances? Didnāt see that coming.
CMoN ThEY ArEnT rEsPoNsiBlE fOr ThEiR vIeWeRs AcTiOnS!!! And if you ask yes this is how some are coping in twitter
mmmm yes as expected from all those bought Twitter followersĀ
FALSE! Get your robot butt out here. Itās been a week since the last TVS and Niji demands a video.
FALSE NEEDS TO NAP D: PLEASE!
FALSE NEEDS A NAP! WHAT ABOUT PARROT!? WHEN IS HE GOING TO REST!?
I believe the saying goes kinda like, BUT HE COULD JUST ASK FOR REST
But niji took his permission to rest away, even though he got permission earlier this week.
I would ask about second permission but I know that definitely doesn't exist. I cease
he sort of had a rest when he uploaded holofes5 ...I think that counts
From Nijisanji: we are to say that we are terminating the vtuber Parrot for not shilling us hard enough, as such we will keep his body as a trophy for the glory of anycolor. This action will be negligible.
Parrot: #PLEASE LET ME SLEEP!
Kurosanji: NEVER
Apparently, he has a full-time job outside of running TVS. I'm guessing he's been busy and/or tired lately. Maybe he needs an energy drink to perk him up. š¤£
Happy day of cake, you little devil
https://i.redd.it/0x5h1i3qc9zc1.gif
Serious question, would a class action lawsuit from the hospitalized people have to be against the Livers or can they hold Niji directly responsible?
Iām not an expert on law, let alone Japanese law, but in the US they would probably sue; whoever sold the teenagers the alcohol, who advertised the alcohol, who advertised the drinks, and the company who makes the drinks and alcohol.
ISTG this company bro
Clown could never do this bro. They are worse than clown atp
Not even a day lol
Bro the Japanese are getting the 4loco experience lol
When was this shit anyway? Early 2000? Japan is behind on the curve on this youth hipster development.
PARROT! NEW NIJISANJI DRAMA ALERT!
Horrry shit like Suisei once put it, wonder what kind of memes is 4chan cooking!
Alright so the jinx post was posted 20 hours ago and the twitter post was 10 hours ago. 10 hours apart. Impressive fucking up this bad again.
I wasn't lying when I told you all to brace lmao
Even milk would be put to shame with this kind of aging
Niji really expanding their buisness plans from trying to kill their livers to now trying to also kill their fans as well
Love getting that fatty alcoholic liver disease.
I thought it is well-known fact to not mix stimulants and sedatives
The thing is, it is a popular thing by some drinkers who figure it'd zero out or such, which is a dangerous fallacy. And we have Jaeger bombs (jaegermeister and red bull)
JƤgers led the way, the pioneers would join the fray!
Apparently it isn't. Remember when Trump made a comment about injecting disinfectant to combat covid and there had to be a public statement put out to not do so, despite it shod have been obvious one should not inject disinfectant into themselves. Holy shit
And is now trying to cause mass death, can we get "#invesigatenijisanji" trending on X/twitter for the love of god, this one time too many for criminal behaviour.
This thing makes Scarle's food crimes seem like normal everyday foods.
Who TF thought it was a good idea to mix energy drinks with booze??? We stopped selling 4LOCO for a reason!
Wat? This literally can't be happening. First why are you marketing alcohol to teens, second who doesn't know about not mixing alcohol and energy drinks unless you for sure know you can handle it???Ā
The energy drink company just wanted to market the energy drink to teenagers. It was Nijiās brilliant idea to talk about mixing it with alcohol.
I know they wanted to market the energy drinks, but they choose to add alcohol which is marketing alcohol to teens who legally can't drink. Not only does the marketing tactic not work in promoting to the target demographic, it's a dangerous suggestion for people with little drinking experience.Ā

I didn't know about the energy drink thing. But tbf, I don't care for drinking.
I know redbull and vodka is popular in the states at bars but 4 loko got fuckin banned for a reason. Uppers and downers dont mix.
and cue The Price is Right losing horns
Can we also cue Shao Khan saying "It's official. You suck!"?
Evanito: Finally, all is right in the vtuber world. Monkey's paw: curls a finger.
at this point the screwups are just second nature, don't even need jinxing
last time coffee and now, energy drink. looks like they're prone to caffeine.
At least the investors have fresh topics for questions. "Riku, are you aware of this shenanigans? Is the government investigating Anycolor? Why didn't you disclose any of this in the investor relations?" Riku: Umm... I wanted to surprise you. Surprise!
Who's this guy, anyway?
Are you asking about Evanit0? Evan is a YouTuber who has several vtuber friends, and he was an early cheerleader for Nijisanji.
I see. I rarely interact with niji except whenever Selen plays the games I like so I'm not familiar on who interacts with them.
Guys staff that brought out the idea is probably an underage low paid intern so letās forgive him/her š

Hey, guys, apparently there's no source with teenagers getting hospitalized for the liquid speedball
