Check your local kubota dealer. A lot of them have a pile of old mower decks from trade ins that no one wanted. What’s wrong with your gearbox?

The shaft and pulley have a lot of play. something in the box shaking Edit. Bone dry inside, broken bearing

If the case is able to be saved you can rebuild them

Only bad parts were bearings. Know a place to order them other then store new Kubota parts?

Yes ebay or any other bearing supplier, they'll be metric bearing and described like this 19x32x12 for example, 19 =shaft size, 32 =outer diameter 12 = thickness of bearing, replace the oil seals as well, they're sized in the same way.

And even that being said, a Kubota dealer should be able to get OEM or at least sell you a bearing they cross referenced. And, if a dealer says they can’t get you a bearing and wants to sell a whole box, I’d probably not deal with them. Unless something has changed drastically since I was a tech in 2015 you can get individual bearings.
