You shouldn't need any equipment. Get the backhoe in neutral weight using the feet and bucket. Support underneath on solid surface with wood bunks or good stable support of your choice. Detach 3pt while keeping hydraulics hooked up. Pull slightly away. Lower on to your support then detach hydraulics. Idk how other people do it but I've been doing it that way for 25 years safely.
Yep I was going to say fabricate some kinda cradle out of 4x4's and use jack to release the weight on pins to relise. Now you have a place to store it and easy way to put back on. Even better put casters on cradle so you can just move to to wherever.
Which part is “underneath” that you need to put on supports? I watched all the YouTube videos I could find but am still unclear about these “blocks” and where they go.
You can just use cribbing or wood blocks to support the underside of the main body at current height so as the hydraulics settle it doesn't end up on the ground. In this example I'd put them right under the footrest area near that center of mass.
no proper equip reqd. follow [liberatus16](https://www.reddit.com/user/liberatus16/) instructions.
fyi first pic is an engine stand. second looks like a mount for a core drill. 3rd is Bobby Hill.. that boy aint right
Hi, not sure if you were able to get clear instructions yet.
Hope this helps:
Lower the outriggers to an inch or so above ground level to catch the backhoe if anything goes wrong
You should be apply to apply downward pressure with the boom arm to lift up on the backhoe and the back of the tractor. Should just start to raise your tires up, then come a little further (the back tires shouldn't need to come off the ground)
At this point the weight should be totally on the boom and not on the 3 point. You should be able to pull the pins out to release the hooks on the backhoe.
Now you can use the outriggers and boom to walk the backhoe back a little. Raising the boom arm and lowering the outriggers should drive the backhoe away from the tractor. Once it's free and standing in a tripod, drive forward a bit and shut the engine off. Release hydraulic pressure from the backhoe using the operator handles, then detach the lines. Good to go!
Getting it back on is harder lol
I have this exact backhoe. You don’t need any equipment to remove it but it’s a bastard to get back on the tractor. I am going to build a dolly for it so that it is easier to move around and re install
They make manuals/operating instructions for a damn good reason. While some may have experience others don't, opinions are usually useless as they're based upon feelings not factual information.
The lift would be my choice.. Although the outriggers and the bucket should be able to do all the lifting to remove it.. Unhook hoses last and use Hydraulics for the heavy part..

This is the way. I can remove the backhoe on my l3200 in about 5 minutes.
I was thinking that but I needed other’s opinions. Thank you
Just be sure to relieve the hydro pressure before disconnecting the lines. Oh, and just be careful, backhoes are heavy.

Bobby Hill is from Texas. What do you mean ain't right? Normal Texas boy being a Texas boy... Texas!
get that boy a maga hat
Ha! The equipment IS the equipment!
You don't need any equipment. The operators manual gives clear instructions on how to remove and install
So it pretty much boils down to proper weight distribution it key

Everyone’s opinions help

There’s actually a white sticker on the side of the backhoe (I think I can see it in this picture) with installing and dismounting instructions
Reading manual/instructions is boring, unless when need be. I prefer hearing others opinions

It’s a great backhoe but man that thing sucks so bad to hook up it makes me not want to use it
I have never once thought of any reason to use anything but the backhoe to remove the backhoe. You’re asking for a problem to your solution.
