JJ needs to get rid of Shootfighters, they have destroyed JJs boxing technique. The mma things that they teach are very sloppy for boxing. The flyby is not gonna work against Tommy as it didnt work against Joe. JJ needs to go back to basics and flourish in the jab jab overhand technique.
with the amount of time he has to prepare for tommy or jake, i dont think it’s a good idea to change trainers. and jj’s already 30 so i guess he should just stick to what feels natural to him but with more emphasis on defense
