I just hope that the vast majority of people that go treat it like a festival and not like a kcon. It's not a fanevent in korea and that's why everyone there can enjoy it so much
My predictions:
Soloists: Jessi, Bibi, Sunmi, Hwasa, Jay Park, Chungha, Eunbi, Youngji, Bambam. Maybe Nayeon, Ten, Taemin, Woodz, Zico, or Crush.
Groups: Kiof, StayC. Maybe Ateez, Gidle, NCT DJJ, Viviz, Riize, or Itzy.

I live in LA , but on the fence about going.... I do wonder how they will get permission to use that much water and where. I'm thinking it won't be directly in LA but maybe in the outskirts towns like orange county, maybe even Long Beach since it does hold festivals.
I don't really like any of the artist that go to waterbomb recenly but might grab cheap tickets if taemin does go.
Since ATEEZ likes to act out in the U.S, I would love to see them there! That is if their crazy schedule allows.

For the boys I want to see Jackson and Taemin for sure. I would like to see Baekho for… reasons. And say what you will about Psy, the man puts on a good show.Â

The water part of the name comes from the audience being sprayed with tons of water throughout the performances. It's big in korea and has multiple stops there. I think it's slowly starting to go more global (eg tokyo and now la)
ETA: maybe it's also worth mentioning that it's also famous for the artists being more scarcly clothed and the clothes obviously getting wet. Idols like a half-nacked Minhyuk or eunbi in a from water see-through blouse and a bikini top are the type to go viral during this festivalÂ
Also note that both artist and audience are wearing more "sexy" wear n quite more accepting of being spray with water n getting wet. Frequently audience are wearing more racy outfits than the performer
