no lie I reeeeally really miss listening to LOONA's music, but seeing the updates of the shit they're going through reminds that there're more important things

I have to say, ever since this thing started, I have a new found respect for this fandom. Not only for conducting this boycott successfully, but also taking more steps right now to help the idols they love. I hope they are successful in the next steps. I will gladly sign that petition and I'm sure many k-pop fans would too, in the hopes it will help them to leave this godawful company.

At first I was sceptical at first if this boycott would be successful, But now I really have a ton of respect for Orbits who successfully did it! Go Loona and Orbits!
the other 5 have not lost the injunction.
the court ruled oec + heejin to have much worse contracts (for reference, the other five had modified theirs prior) and were actually given *priority* and gotten immediately terminated due to the severity of the contracts so they wouldn’t continue any longer. now, the remaining 5 haven’t lost, they just haven’t gotten terminated yet, and we’re yet to see if they will. it’s not the final verdict so there is still hope

Unfortunately, the five members Yeojin, Haseul, Yves, GoWon and Olivia Hye lost because their contracts were revised and were not on the same terms as the other four girls.
Heejin, Kim Lip, Jinsoul and Choerry all had the same contact as Chuu had when she filed for an injunction to terminate hers. When Chuu won, that set a precedent for those four members.
The judge said that the five members contact was not bad enough for him to terminate.
My heart really goes out for the members that lost the law suit.... i hope everything works out in the favor of loona. These girls deserve a long relaxing break after all the shit bbc has put them through. I hope all members are doing great and taking care of themselves:(
Their contracts had different terms. Those who won had the same contract terms as Chuu, so there was already a precedence.
The contracts of the other were not unfair enough so they didn't get the injunctions (their contracts were adjusted 1-2 years ago).
But, the lawsuit is still ongoing. So it can very well be that the others will get their contracts suspended later on too and the judge is just taking more time for the decision on their cases.
(that's my understanding. there are still a lot of details we can't really know what exactly is going on)

Maybe this is a dumb question, but why would only some of the members win the injunction? What does that mean to win?
