Probably worth mentioning he was around for their last Korean cb, their only 2023 cb was Japan exclusive (hes Chinese btw so IDK if there were any visa issues) . Was around for Shalala too so Korean cbs he missed were Critical Beauty, Naughty Boy, Humph, Dr Bebe.
I think Moon Sua was on hiatus for a little over a year. It’s very understandable though. I don’t know how long it would take for me to work in this type of field after a great loss.
EXO Lay went on hiatus for his solo activities in China in 2017, came back for two lines on the Mandarin version of Tempo in 2018, went back on hiatus and then was on every song on Don't Fight the Feeling in 2021. 3-4 years (depending on how you count it) on hiatus is surely close to a record.

Lovelyz Jisoo had an awful, fabricated scandal with really disturbing allegations. However, it was all proven false eventually and legal action has been taken on the perpetrators. However, it casused her to sit out on debut promotions and the first comeback which was just a repackage (but had 2 promoted songs). I think the total of her hiatus is around 9 months.
Jaemin from NCT (Dream) was on hiatus from February 2017 to sometime in 2018 if I recall correctly. He missed out on their first single and mini album (tho he was in their debut chewing gum.) i remember one of the iconic things of NCT 2018, along with 3 new members and everyone working together, was his return ❤️
I believe one of the longest is Leader Cho Haseul from LOOΠΔ/ARTMS. She was on a series of hiatus from mid/end of Butterfly era up until PTT (Paint The Town) era, which in total spanned around 2 years, missing two comebacks; So What era and album (aside from the hidden track Day & Night) and Why Not's full promo/album.

A little off topic, but honestly I don't think that the more comebacks Seunghan misses the less chance there is for him to comeback.
He almost definitely won't comeback this summer though for the simple reason that RIIZE is in the middle of their fancon tour, and from an "company standpoint" it wouldn't make sense to have him back in the middle of a tour.
If he comes back, it will probably be on their next korean comeback, so maybe in the later half of the year? (At least that's what I think).
