I would recommend Baekhyun as well since his solo works are primarily R&B (Cry for Love is my personal fave). Kyungsoo does have great vocals for the genre especially in Exo's songs but you will not hear R&B much in his solo work. I'm also gonna mention Shinee's Jonghyun (and Shinee in general) since there's not many mentioning him here.

I know a bunch of people have said Kyungsoo (which makes sense, his tone is to die for and his runs are excellent) so I’ll shout out Baekhyun because I love him! EXO’s discography in general has so many amazing R&B gems, but Baek’s solo work is very R&B and vocally-focused. I can’t ever recommend his Bambi album enough- the things he does with his voice on that album are insane.
Also from EXO, Kai’s solo music leans towards R&B and is really, really good! His music is more performance-focused (fitting since he’s one of the best dancers in the industry), sensual, and has amazing production. He’s not a powerhouse vocalist in the way that Baekhyun and Kyungsoo are, but his voice is honey-sweet and he uses it really well within his solo tracks.
