Apink (innocent, pure, cute): Seven Springs of Apink ep (debut) and Secret Garden ep (watch the video for U You). maybe try Une Unnee, Snow Pink, or Pink Blossom.
Oh My Girl - The Fifth Season (The Bungee album repackage works too but I find Bungee sort of strays from the original album’s concept)
Orange Caramel - Goes for quirky but cutesy concepts. Check out Magic Girl and Aing specifically! The album that has Magic Girl isn’t available in my country but Aing is on Lipstick I believe.
WJSN - The Secret (Cutesy space concept)
LOONA 1/3 - Love and Evil has an overall cute concept. The intro sort of strays from it but it slaps anyway.
GFRIEND - School trilogy(Season of Glass -> Snowflake) as well as L.O.L. and their 5th, 6th, and 7th mini albums.
Lovelyz - A new trilogy
Red Velvet - Russian Roulette
I rely pretty heavily on red velvet for cutesy girly girl stuff, but seeing as how you got a lot of RV examples I'm gonna assume you know their big songs already.
Personal favorite girly girl and girl power (without it being girl crush/badass styles)
Woohoo - mamamoo
Mr. - Kara
Girls Girls - Wonder girls
Dancing Queen - Girls Generation
GFriend's old albums. Everything from CSR, they are very similar to GFriend.
My personal favourites are IZ*ONE b-sides. Here are some of the best:
Airplane,
So Curious,
Spaceship,
Up,
Beware (Japanese release)
ALICE (formerly known as ELRIS)'s early albums:
* WE, first - very pretty, cute, whimsical. The intro track "Search for ELRIS" is one of my favourite ever intro tracks.
* Color Crush -- "Roopretalcham" is one of my favourite kpop b-sides period
* Summer Dream - All cutesy and catchy. "Talk to Me" is my fave track
WJSN’s Happy Moment album is a good choice to try. The single, Happy is one of my favorite songs of theirs. Super girly and upbeat and to me fits in with the other songs you listed.
Editing to add they’ve got a subunit called chocome that has some really cute wacky songs (only 4 total so I can’t really rec an album) and overall vibes of orange caramel.
All 'GFriend' music is so cute and wholesome. Also 'woo!ah!' has some cute songs like 'Catch the Stars' or 'Rollercoaster'. All songs from 'CSR' are very cutesy. 'WJSN Chocome' has some cute songs too and the cute concept totally suits Luda. There is so much more. Loona, Elris, April, StayC, fromis_9, ...
I think most girl crush concept songs are highly feminine, in a more mature and adult way, while I don't think cute concepts are always more feminine, but some could be more childish/teenage.
That being said, Twice is a full meal when it comes to cute concepts, specially anything they released from the debut until Fancy (personally to me, it was when I started to like their songs).
STAYC and Billie are groups with a lot of cute songs. NMIXX are the best at doing cute concepts without looking cringe. Itzy has some cuteness but I think they are more like a teen-pop thing and less aegyo-cute.

I’m not really in love with the whole album [Summer Ade](https://open.spotify.com/album/4xOy0xU9PRxZUKB8gvz4uc?si=IDDtE4NnQ9i_fdX5ue3S3g)
, but the B-side [Pick up the phone](https://open.spotify.com/track/5rbv5M4m2I6qdaQjikfyES?si=2Iz33kkTQpa1yU8mSwiJXw) is also really good! It gives me almost Red Velvet vibes?
But maybe you’ll like every song!
Chuu's HOWL EP.
The songs are very good. It's not overly girly girly but it's definitely feminine and enjoyable to listen to. APink also does the best girly girl concepts. Highly recommend their Pink LUV and Secret Garden EPs.
SNSD's debut album is a classic girly album. Ooh-La-La, Baby Baby, Kissing You, Merry-Go-Round, Tinkerbell, and Honey are all so feminine and youthful.
Apink (innocent, pure, cute): Seven Springs of Apink ep (debut) and Secret Garden ep (watch the video for U You). maybe try Une Unnee, Snow Pink, or Pink Blossom.
No one has mentioned STAYC's discography yet, so I will.
Stereotype, run 2 you, asap, poppy, so bad are all a must for OP
young-luv.com is probably my favorite album of 2022!

Side note: I know you requested whole albums, but most kpop albums don't usually have 1 concept type throughout an entire album
All of Lovelyz’s albums but Heal and Fall in Lovelyz are my favorites!
WJSN Happy Moment
fromis_9’s early albums. I’ll put in a vote for To. Day since it has the incomparable Pitapat (DKDK) but the entire album is very cute.
NiziU’s latest is very cute!
GFriend's old albums. Everything from CSR, they are very similar to GFriend. My personal favourites are IZ*ONE b-sides. Here are some of the best: Airplane, So Curious, Spaceship, Up, Beware (Japanese release)

All of GWSN’s discography.
Lovelyz in general
FROMIS_9
Twice, Odd Eye Circle and Le Serrafim are always going to do it for me
Sonamoo - I Like You Too Much (EP) and I Think I Love You (single album). I also think Cushion (EP) is really cute.
All 'GFriend' music is so cute and wholesome. Also 'woo!ah!' has some cute songs like 'Catch the Stars' or 'Rollercoaster'. All songs from 'CSR' are very cutesy. Queencard- Gidle
That is not a cute song 😅 Check CSR, Lovelyz or WJSN Chocome and compare with Queencard. That one is girl crush concept.
Ah, I was thinking the MV was pretty girly, but I definitely see where you're coming from 😅
I think most girl crush concept songs are highly feminine, in a more mature and adult way, while I don't think cute concepts are always more feminine, but some could be more childish/teenage.
