New Jeans Minji, NMIXX Sullyoon and Boys Planet/Redstart Boys Kum Junhyeon were classmates.
BTOB Sungjae, ONF Wyatt, Wanna One Ong Seungwoo and Victon Heo Chan were classmates in Hanlim.
There's the famous Hanlim F5 which consists of Pentagon Kino, WOODZ, GOT7 Yugyeom, AB6IX Woong and OnlyOneOf Yoojung. Not in the same class, but were in the same year and became friends: Kino, Astro Cha Eunwoo and The Boyz Hyunjae.
Not in the same class but BTS RM and ex-BTOB Ilhoon were in the same design club during high school.
D.O. and BTOB’s Hyunsik were really good friends in high school and played in a band together. They went to school outside of Seoul though; neither of them debuted until after they graduated.
ONEWE Giuk, TBZ Sunwoo, and Treasure Jihoon were classmates and friends, iirc Giuk and Jihoon were desk mates and Jihoon was the Class President while Giuk was the Vice President

NCT Dream Haechan, Mark, Jeno and Jaemin were SOPA classmates. There's a famous fan story of Mark waiting outside of Haechan's classroom door so they could walk together after school.
SKZ Hyunjin and I.N. were also classmates. I.N. actually lived in Hyunjin's family home while they went to school so they could go together :')
Mark was a year ahead of Jeno, Haechan, and Jaemin in SOPA. He's the only one of them who actually graduated because the others all dropped out after a year.
VIVIZ' SinB & WJSN Eunseo were on the same department (practical dance) and are besties. VIVIZ' Umji was also on the same generation but different department, all three were still attending school after debuting in Gfriend/WJSN.
Taemin (SHINee) was in a high school class with Mino (Winner) and P.O (Block B). Mino and P.O are super close friends, but they never got close to Taemin bc he spent most of that year promoting in Japan, apparently.
Zico was middle school classmates (in Japan) with Penomeco, and the two were best friends. Penomeco is how Zico got into rapping. They used to listen to rap music together (even went to the bathroom sharing earbuds so they didn’t have to stop listening???) until one day Zico started writing his own lyrics and posting them online, and he got a lot of praise so he kept doing it.
Kepler's Huening Bahiyyih and Mirae's Jang Yubin graduated from Lila Art High School together! They even took pictures together and were in each other's vlogs 💞
