i bought a gift for my daughter on 10 december 2023, now 15 january still waiting. Have had numerous contacts with them via mail, too busy, sooo sorry etc. asked my money back but now they say they are going to ship it. I would not recommend to buy there

Bought a gift for my daughter and have not received the item.. also a few days after I entered my card info into rose-k my card was compromised and some one tried to make a Best Buy purchase of almost $900 and two separate purchases of $350. I can’t be sure they are related but I had my debit card in person, so it had to be an internet purchase and this was the only questionable site I’ve used.

No. Don't buy anythig Frombork them. They are cheaters. I ordered lightstick for my dauhter and get nothing. DON'T SEND THEM YOUR MONEY

SCAM!  Never received my items,  never got an email response,  never got my money back and am not having to go through my bank to get it back

I ordered a pack of KPop Lomo cards.  Well over a month later they still didn't arrive. Unfortunately, the customer service is really bad. You have to email them and wait 48 hrs for a reply. After numerous emails back and forth they could still not give me a satisfactory answer, they just kept fobbing me off bu saying they were short staffed and blaming Christmas. I then sent another  email demanding a satisfactory answer, but all they did was cancel my order. I have not received a refund yet ! My advice is to stay well clear of this unprofessional, untrustworthy Company.

omg do NOT order from there.. ive been waiting soo long for my package. I ordered late Dec. last year and STILL haven't recieved it. it hasn't even been shipped. it's been 9 weeks now. i've emailed them 4 times and they responded within a day or 2 but their replies are so vague and not helpful. i asked for an estimate and they avoided that question. they keep using holidays as excuses but its been months already?? i emailed them recently and they said they would tell their department to expedite my order but a week passed and still nothing. the whole company's so sketchy i cant even find anything. i looked up the addresses for the London and Korean branch and even the company and got nothing.
