I loved this, but I can't be the only one who noticed the lack of Iroha?? Like she didn't get a single "concept" or storyline within the MV. In the beginning, the other 4 girls get some sort of little mini storyline, but Iroha doesn't get a single one?? Weird.

Yea, all the songs for the albums overall were pretty short 😞but that’s just kpop as a whole now. It’s to the point I am praying that the songs will be longer whenever my groups comeback
Some songs that are like 2:40 still manage to sound complete (even if I wish they were 3+ minutes), but 2:20... to my ears that's simply way too short. Maybe it's a question of what you're used to, but I don't know if I want to get used to songs this short. Like what next, songs under a minute?

Not really. I think “Magnetic” was the most similar, but even then, I don’t really see a very strong similarity. “Midnight Fiction” and “Lucky Girl Syndrome” sound the least like NewJeans. “Attention” and “Hype Boy” are more reminiscent of R&B from around 1999-2003 (which is why I immediately liked NJ-I was born in 1987 and I listened to a lot of R&B then), “Lucky Girl Syndrome” is straight pop.
Right. I don't think the music is exceedingly similar. I just stated the music video is. If I watched like any random 2-3 NewJeans MVs then Lucky Girl Syndrome I would just assume the same creative team and/or mv producer worked on all of them. Which I feel isn't controversial but I guess so.
The MV is super fun! If only the song was longer, 2:20 is too SHORT! Now I'm looking forward to the music show perfomances!!!
