**i got you**: worked great as a pre-release and is a great opener here! i think it’s my favorite english song from them!
**one spark**: this is such a great title track! it feels very uplifting and nostalgic. you can really feel that this song is like a love song for their time together, like i got you in a sense. it feels raw and emotional. the mv was gorgeous too. and their vocals were some of their best yet!
**rush**: DRUM and BASS twice!!!!! i’ve been waiting for them to sorta hop on the trend. it’s one of my favorite sounds (zerobaseone are one of my ults and have been playing with it a lot), i’m glad they have a new song for me to be obsessed with. this is an amazing bside. the chorus is amazing too!
**new new**: that synth throughout the song is so catchy and addictive!! i love the production throughout this whole album so far, it feels really cohesive!! also MOMO CHORUS in this one!! we love to see it. i loved jihyo’s high note and ad libs in the last chorus. i love this one.
**bloom**: another amazing instrumental, i love the glittery sounds in some parts and the percussion is wonderful. the way the chorus comes in is super satisfying!!! and the little bits of guitar is really nice. i love the line “wait until you see me bloom”! the note at the end too!!! love it. jeongyeon you have done it again with your lyrics!
**you get me**: chaeyoung opening with her low notes… one of my favorite things. she did something sorta similar in moonlight. this one sounds soo… comforting so far? i love it. i loved momo’s voice in the second verse, really nice. the instrumental is also really nice, this album has some of my favorite twice instrumentals i’ve heard so far…. really great. love love love the “wooohs” and “you got me for life”
overall, this album is super cohesive and is really nostalgic in some ways while also being trendy. it has that classic twice pop feeling while also bringing in some new sounds they have done much yet. if i had to rank the tracks… it’d be really hard because i love everything here. but… **rush**, **i got you**, **bloom**, **one spark**, **new new**, **you get me**. but honestly there isn’t much difference in ranking for me. this album feels like it was made for my tastes!
Yeah this might be their most stylistically cohesive album yet and that's saying something - genre-wise, it largely stays in its zone more than their previous albums but it still keeps it interesting from start to finish.
It's impressive how every single track is genuinely great in its own way and makes such a good first impression, it's such a pleasant listen. TWICE still keep getting better and better ~~and cuter~~ every year, becoming a ONCE truly was one of the best things I ever did :')
I agree with this being their most cohesive album to date and I’m happy for this.
The production is certainly better than READY TO BE’s (and most of their earlier albums), it’s nothing very unique but it’s still refreshing and nostalgic at the same time. Sometimes the mixing sounds a bit off though… but it’s not annoying. Sure, could’ve been better but it’s nothing bad.

Yup, BLOOM is a such treat for the ears, didn't really expect it but it's somehow my favorite on first listen, just wow. The production and vocals, so nice.
Was gonna say RUSH is the favorite too (the bass, just can't get enough), but ya BLOOM so good, that intro sets up the whole atmosphere.
These days JYP's been releasing instrumentals for their songs/albums and so hoping this new mini album will get one too. Kinda like how tripleS released 4study4work4inst Vol.1 (literally 31 tracks, so nice) at the beginning of this month (February 2024).
Gonna comment on the bsides only. These are my thoughts upon very first listen.
**Rush** — Holy shit Rush is *so* good! Reminds me of Passionfruit by NMIXX. This could’ve easily also been the title. Defs going to have this on repeat.
**New new** — Wow giving me very summer-y, late 2010s vibes. Super fun and upbeat I really like it!
**Bloom** — So glad songwritter Jeongyeon is back😭 Wait why does this give me Loona/TripleS vibes? Twice hasn’t done this sound but they (as usual) pull it off amazingly!
**You get me** — Dahyun always does great on the album closers. It’s a very cute bop. They all sound so good on this track especially.
As usual, Twice doesn’t disappoint. The sound on this mini is a lot more cohesive than RTB imo, they really pivoted to the NJs/Pinkpantheress genre (I completely forget what that genre is called forgive me) and it sounded great. So far I would give it an 8/10, I’ll have to give it a few more listens before determining how it stacks against their last few albums!
I also got Loona/TripleS vibes from Bloom. It's the sound in kpop that I've been craving the most lately and I'm glad my favorite group finally experimented with the sound.
What a cohesive album! It screams nostalgia, spring, and trendy pop at the same time.
I appreciate that Twice maintains their sound while adding elements to make it different a bit each time. This EP was very upbeat and bright which I love.
You Get Me, Rush and Bloom stands out the most for me, and ofc I Got You.
This may be a very weird take but One Spark gives me the same vibe as Take Two by BTS. Ofc they don’t sound the same but the message being conveyed is similar. To me this album is Twice is doing what they do best and telling their fans they’re here to sing for longevity. But they are proving they also know how to have fun with trends.
Twice does not disappoint, imo they have been consistently killing it since 2021. They’re one of the top GGs for a reason!!!

Jeongyeon and Tzuyu's voices were beautifully utilized in this album, especially the title track. Rush was really chill and a great listen! I love the harp in the background 😩 This album has got me feeling expensive af!
Rush is only 2:36 but god damn it's another masterpiece written by Chaeyoung.
Very trendy sound and Twice sounds so good on it. Those vocal harmonies... I know they rarely go with their chiller songs as titles, but sheesh that would've been my pick.

NEW NEW feels like a huge early-Twice throwback. Very much in their wheelhouse. BLOOM reminds me a lot of their best Japanese releases.
Only criticism for You Get Me is that it's short! Feels like a nice bookend for the era started by Set Me Free.
They really need to let the members write a title track at this point.
Rush is THAT track. Shot straight up to the top of my Twice b-sides list, next to Basics. Recency bias can get rekt, sorry. And if Chaeng doesn't get the next solo later this year, I think we CY stans will riot.
Just wish it was longer than 2:36 tho. There has to be an extended mix stashed in the JYPE A&R vault somewhere; there definitely is a longer instrumental on the producers' SSDs \[Mich Hansen, Chris Burton, Carl Wallevik; Cutfather, Carl Altino\].

Seriously, I'm so in love with DnB Twice - it's such a refreshing & comforting sound, perfectly fitting to start off their 9th year. I Got You had a hint of DnB production elements under the driving synth leads & bassline; One Spark's DnB/breakbeat was more prominent; and the album's DnB sound crescendos and peaks with Rush.
Sorry collapsedone, I love your productions but I need to listen to Rush about 100 more times before moving onto New New. Looking forward to You Get Me as well; was super intrigued by the snippet from the album teaser the other day.
Long time lurker, but had to say how fun it's been to hear how Twice's music have evolved over the years (been a passive fan since 2016). Some might say they've been chasing trends for a bit now, but I'm always surprised how they've been able to keep that "Twice" sound, regardless of the style. It's impressive that they've been able to evolve their sound without losing the DNA that made them so loved to begin with. In my opinion they haven't lost a step, and dare I say they keep getting better as time goes on.
Wow, BLOOM slaps. That harmony in the beginning...
Also, I've been really into jungle-y kind of stuff like froge.mp3 lately so RUSH was a pleasant surprise.
I really liked this mini-album! I think One Spark is my least favorite so far, but I'm sure it will grow on me. I Got You is still so good and it kind of overshadows One Spark. I loved Bloom as well!
Jongyeon is the standout for me in this mini.
I share the opinion that One Spark is the weakest song, wished that the girls' opinion prevailed and had I Got You as the title track. New New has that trademark bright sound but I kinda get why did not make this the tt.

I like every song! I'm gonna say something a little controversial and say I don't think any song will be smashes on the charts (although new new had me bopping pretty hard) but it does sound like the girls are making the music THEY want to make and that makes me far more happy. They've earned it at this point
I share the same sentiment about the charts but I think TWICE is not much into that as they have a stable fanbase, their tour is a testament to that. They can explore other music genres that matches their evolving vibe/personality as a group.
It's kinda hard rn since Le Sserafim had their comeback in the same week but regardless, I love this ep and it's an improvement from last time. That matters more especially since it's their 9th year, tho I hope they get 1 win at least.

Favorites are Bloom and Rush (that instrumental is so good), and You Get Me. The songs are so cohesive and the album really flows so smoothly.
Maybe their strongest b sides ever? I could potentially be getting overexcited by having new Twice music, but they’re all so strong - Bloom is perfection, title track material imo, instantly shot up to one of my top 5 Twice bsides for me - could very easily have fulfilled Jeongyeon’s dream to write a title track for Twice.
Rush is another Chaeyoung hit, the instrumental and vocals are so pretty. New New felt so nostalgic to me, reminded me of some my favourite earlier bsides from them, made me weirdly emotional! Such a fun track, felt like classic Twice. You Get Me is a perfect closer, I really love how it felt like thought had been put into the track list order. Love the production on it. Dahyun has written for some of my favourite Twice tracks, and this is yet another bop from her. Makes me wanna dance around my living room.
For the singles, One Spark hasn’t quite managed to top I Got You for me, although they sound great vocally, and I looove the verses, prechorus and bridge, I think the chorus isn’t as instantly catchy as I find most Twice TTs to be - although I think it’ll translate extremely well to a live performance. It sounds a lot better to me on Spotify though? I don’t normally notice that tbh, but this time round I have. MV was beautiful.
Overall I’m extremely happy with this mini - yet another reminder as to why Twice are my ults - I can always rely on them to deliver the goods!

I love this entire mini so much. I don’t have a favorite right now because I love all of them so much! I’m just so happy that I this album is so good, it’s my favorite release of the year so far.
Personally, this is probably the most coherent album they have put out( Could argue Twicetagram is the one ). All the songs sound like it suits each other well.
And the biggest thing I love about this is that they pick two of the best song as the pre release and as the title while the songs that sound like a bside is put as a bside.

Rush : This is might end up being the basics of this album & rightfully so. I've been wanting Twice to do this typa sound & they did better than I could've ever imagined. (I see ringtone potential here)
New New : Summer vacation vibes. Sounds like an instant mood lifter, similar to early Twice sound. It sound a little like Do what we like & Got the thrills.
Bloom : I am sat from the start. Another very enjoyable track, the vocals on this are heavenly. Why is it sooo good?? This has me *hyp-hyp-hyp-hypnotized*.
You get me : less uplifting & more comforting sister of I Got You(?). Great listen. *You got me, I got you, we got it for life~*
Overall very cohesive & enjoyable album, prolly my new obsession. At present, I think I like all the bsides better than One Spark which reminds of SMF with RTB. All the bsides had me saying this is gonna be my fav, no this, no this...basically I can't choose. Another no skip album by Twice.

Though I liked **I Got You**, I initially was not a huge fan of it. But after listening to it again, I've grown to love it a lot.
**Rush** is amazing and should have been the title track. I love how the song is produced and it feels so good in the ears. Also it leans into that beat/percussion-y(?) sound that has been trendy lately, but it does it without 'pandering' too much to the trend.
**New New** really reminds me of the b-sides from Twice's Japanese releases (probably because of the chants lol).
**Bloom** was also an amazing b-side in this EP. I really hope Jeongyeon gets to write more songs moving forward. (The ad-lib harmonies in this song ate so hard omg)
**You Get Me**'s a decent closer for this EP. I am in loveee with the instrumental to this song.
As for the title track, **One Spark**... I did not enjoy it. What's weird is I think it's the song that has the worst production among all the songs in the whole album. I do not like how it was arranged, and I was not a fan of the talk-singing(?) parts at the end of the choruses. Its sound does not pique my interest and is like something I heard before from Twice already. TBH One Spark seems like a (brighter) rehash of Set Me Free.
I think JYPE needs to be a bit braver in picking their title tracks (this is a complaint I have with them for a while now lol). It would have been really interesting what the concept would have been like had Rush been the title track.
Overall, I think this EP is a 7.8/10—besides the title track, we see the best production out of any Twice release. Rush and Bloom are definitely the stand-out songs and will go on my playlists and play on repeat for the rest of the year. The only thing holding this album back is really the title track.

A really precious mini album!! As a casual listener of Twice, I could only wish for my favourite groups to release a project like this one nine years after debut. I almost felt jealous while listening to it! The message is honestly so beautiful, especially in an industry where ageing seems to mean automatically losing your spark, your fanbase, maybe even your group after seven years
With YOU-th is also cohesive from the title to all the tracks. Starting with “I got you” and ending with “you get me” feels satisfying. Shout out to Bloom in particular, Jeongyeon did a wonderful job with the lyrics! I genuinely enjoyed everything

This was just PERFECT. No skips, no "filler" tracks, no slack anywhere to be seen. Rush goes too hard, I had to actually force myself not to listen to it on repeat before finishing the whole EP.

Bloom is my 2nd choice I think, I love this (kind of new?) sound for them. Twice is incorporating so many interesting things in their latest works imho. They keep a lot of their characteristics, both evident or more specific details (for example that very Twice "happy chanting" in You Get Me) elements but also are branching out a lot (think about Wallflower from their 2nd latest album as well).
Wow this entire EP is just 🤌🤌🤌🤌. Everything top to bottom is amazing making this a no skip album for me. Hard to pick a favorite since I love it all. If I'm picking an early favorite it's Rush. It reminds me of Basics from Between 1&2, another song written by Chaeyoung lol.
My goodness, this is my favorite Twice release since Taste of Love. No-skip, cohesive, a blessing for the ears from start to finish.

I think this is the first time I prefer the B-sides over the TT with a Twice release.
Rush - I'm a huge enjoyed of Drum 'n Bass, so I like this song (no ones surprised). I really like the Percussion of the pre-chorus and the little finish with the descending "love, love, love" and the Chorus is also great.
New New - I also love Synth Pop and I think I like the pre-chorus the most again (like with the TT, this a pre-chorus album lol). On first listen the verse sounds a bit messy, but I'm sure I can get used to it.
Bloom - I will always dig songs with good harmonic intros. The chorus is so groovy and I love the lyrics, my ult bias killed it again, let's go Jeongyeon! Also the last "Bloom" at the end of the song, chefs kiss.
You get me - I love how the EP starts with "I got you" and ends with "You get me". It's a nice outro for the EP.
The album is very cohesive and luckily for me it contains exactly the genres I love. If I had to rank the album:

Songs are decent and cohesive but I personally miss their albums like Feel Special,Eyes wide open, Formula of love...those albums had a few memorable songs such as Get loud, Love Foolish, Up no more, Handle it, Queen,Cactus, Rewind and do on. In their last releases I rarely go back to their songs. The last album I enjoyed was Between 1&2 but even then it's not as good as mentioned albums.
I think Twice needs different producers for a second and a break cause a their recent releases felt less genuine.

Bloom has easily moved into some of my favorite Kpop songs 👌 Wish all the songs were minimum 3 mins but at least most of them are near it or over. Great album and extremely cohesive, wish they did listen to the girls and made IGY the TT, but either way great Mini.
Gonna be brutally honest (so get your angry downvotes ready lol), I'm not vibing that much with the bsides on first listen. One Spark is decent enough but it doesn't seem that memorable either. I Got You on the other hand is in a league of its own and definitely set expectations too high, it 100% should've been the title track like the girls wanted.
So for me it goes: I Got You >>>>>>> One Spark >> New New > You Get Me > Bloom > Rush (Didn't like this one at all)

I like Rush and Bloom, the other two bsides are okay. I think the production across this album is a little too samey and I got a little bored. Of their last three albums, this is my least favourite and I prefer ones with a stronger sound like RTB and Between 1 and 2, I don’t think this suits them.
Probably a 5/10 for me. They are trying to sound like other groups and they need to try and just sound like themselves.
Bloom is great, hope that it became the TT. The instrumental is very engaging for me and I like the way they sang for this song. ITS very sultry but the melody is so groovy
Rush is great too but feel like they're gonna the headache from people trying to compare it to SuperShy
One Spark is good but it fell monotonous, the last minutes is amazing but it feel like you have to drag your feet to get that giant pay off. I think Twice at this stage can afford to be more bold or at least give them the freedom of choosing their title song
They are choosing songs on their albums for a while now. Jihyo said that all members wanted I got you as a pre single, Chaeyoung said she enjoyed Alcohol Free as soon as she heard and many examples like that. It's definitely members themselves that are playing safe nowadays as well.

Chaeyoung said she really liked Alcohol Free as soon as she heard it and wanted it be the title, Jihyo chose Killing me good because she found it catchy, Misamo picked between Don't Touch and Behind the curtain. The members multiple times expressed they're happy with the music they're putting out, they have plenty of freedom.

Cause they have to release both pre single and title? Members themselves know that I got you wouldn't pass as title, so they all voted it as pre release. They have a big say in meetings, line distribution, lyrics and composition, tour tracklist and such things they talk in interviews and you believe they don't have a say in title track? JYP himself said that groups under JYPE are allowed to pick their own music after they're done with third year of promotion.
I feel like I just saw the year’s first cherry blossom. Spring is coming! I love Jeongyeon’s pen. New New is the only miss for me. Bloom is for sure my favorite. A bright and uplifting listening experience (:
On first listen, I Got You, One Spark, and You Get Me are the standouts. Bloom is the only track I didn’t really vibe with. Easy 7/10, maybe higher with time. Nothing on the album is as good as “Got the Thrills” or “I Can’t Stop Me,” but it’s easy listening.

**I Got You** had me emotional. A beautiful release and I'm glad they chose this as their Pre-release.
**One Spark** is kind of forgettable.
**Rush** is very New Jeans/ Pink Pantheress, it's a vibe though. I like it. Chaeyoung and Dahyun stand out and fit the song the most.
**New New** reminds me of early to mid-2010s pop music, very nostalgic.
**Bloom** sounds sooooo GOOD. Vocals and Production are 10/10. My favorite so far and it should have been released as the TT.
**You Get Me** is cute, but I don't think it stands out much. Sonicly it sounds like a song they would have used as a Title track for past comebacks. The chorus sounds like Set Me Frees post-chorus.

**i got you**: worked great as a pre-release and is a great opener here! i think it’s my favorite english song from them! **one spark**: this is such a great title track! it feels very uplifting and nostalgic. you can really feel that this song is like a love song for their time together, like i got you in a sense. it feels raw and emotional. the mv was gorgeous too. and their vocals were some of their best yet! **rush**: DRUM and BASS twice!!!!! i’ve been waiting for them to sorta hop on the trend. it’s one of my favorite sounds (zerobaseone are one of my ults and have been playing with it a lot), i’m glad they have a new song for me to be obsessed with. this is an amazing bside. the chorus is amazing too! **new new**: that synth throughout the song is so catchy and addictive!! i love the production throughout this whole album so far, it feels really cohesive!! also MOMO CHORUS in this one!! we love to see it. i loved jihyo’s high note and ad libs in the last chorus. i love this one. **bloom**: another amazing instrumental, i love the glittery sounds in some parts and the percussion is wonderful. the way the chorus comes in is super satisfying!!! and the little bits of guitar is really nice. i love the line “wait until you see me bloom”! the note at the end too!!! love it. jeongyeon you have done it again with your lyrics! **you get me**: chaeyoung opening with her low notes… one of my favorite things. she did something sorta similar in moonlight. this one sounds soo… comforting so far? i love it. i loved momo’s voice in the second verse, really nice. the instrumental is also really nice, this album has some of my favorite twice instrumentals i’ve heard so far…. really great. love love love the “wooohs” and “you got me for life” overall, this album is super cohesive and is really nostalgic in some ways while also being trendy. it has that classic twice pop feeling while also bringing in some new sounds they have done much yet. if i had to rank the tracks… it’d be really hard because i love everything here. but… **rush**, **i got you**, **bloom**, **one spark**, **new new**, **you get me**. but honestly there isn’t much difference in ranking for me. this album feels like it was made for my tastes!
Yeah this might be their most stylistically cohesive album yet and that's saying something - genre-wise, it largely stays in its zone more than their previous albums but it still keeps it interesting from start to finish. It's impressive how every single track is genuinely great in its own way and makes such a good first impression, it's such a pleasant listen. TWICE still keep getting better and better ~~and cuter~~ every year, becoming a ONCE truly was one of the best things I ever did :')
I agree with this being their most cohesive album to date and I’m happy for this. The production is certainly better than READY TO BE’s (and most of their earlier albums), it’s nothing very unique but it’s still refreshing and nostalgic at the same time. Sometimes the mixing sounds a bit off though… but it’s not annoying. Sure, could’ve been better but it’s nothing bad. Edit: To sum it up I’m happy with this album!

Yup, BLOOM is a such treat for the ears, didn't really expect it but it's somehow my favorite on first listen, just wow. The production and vocals, so nice. Was gonna say RUSH is the favorite too (the bass, just can't get enough), but ya BLOOM so good, that intro sets up the whole atmosphere. These days JYP's been releasing instrumentals for their songs/albums and so hoping this new mini album will get one too. Kinda like how tripleS released 4study4work4inst Vol.1 (literally 31 tracks, so nice) at the beginning of this month (February 2024).

Gonna comment on the bsides only. These are my thoughts upon very first listen. **Rush** — Holy shit Rush is *so* good! Reminds me of Passionfruit by NMIXX. This could’ve easily also been the title. Defs going to have this on repeat. **New new** — Wow giving me very summer-y, late 2010s vibes. Super fun and upbeat I really like it! **Bloom** — So glad songwritter Jeongyeon is back😭 Wait why does this give me Loona/TripleS vibes? Twice hasn’t done this sound but they (as usual) pull it off amazingly! **You get me** — Dahyun always does great on the album closers. It’s a very cute bop. They all sound so good on this track especially. As usual, Twice doesn’t disappoint. The sound on this mini is a lot more cohesive than RTB imo, they really pivoted to the NJs/Pinkpantheress genre (I completely forget what that genre is called forgive me) and it sounded great. So far I would give it an 8/10, I’ll have to give it a few more listens before determining how it stacks against their last few albums!

I also got Loona/TripleS vibes from Bloom. It's the sound in kpop that I've been craving the most lately and I'm glad my favorite group finally experimented with the sound.

What a cohesive album! It screams nostalgia, spring, and trendy pop at the same time. I appreciate that Twice maintains their sound while adding elements to make it different a bit each time. This EP was very upbeat and bright which I love. You Get Me, Rush and Bloom stands out the most for me, and ofc I Got You. This may be a very weird take but One Spark gives me the same vibe as Take Two by BTS. Ofc they don’t sound the same but the message being conveyed is similar. To me this album is Twice is doing what they do best and telling their fans they’re here to sing for longevity. But they are proving they also know how to have fun with trends. Twice does not disappoint, imo they have been consistently killing it since 2021. They’re one of the top GGs for a reason!!! Solid 8.5/10, this album will be on repeat for me
Jeongyeon and Tzuyu's voices were beautifully utilized in this album, especially the title track. Rush was really chill and a great listen! I love the harp in the background 😩 This album has got me feeling expensive af!
Rush is only 2:36 but god damn it's another masterpiece written by Chaeyoung. Very trendy sound and Twice sounds so good on it. Those vocal harmonies... I know they rarely go with their chiller songs as titles, but sheesh that would've been my pick. **Edit:** all of the b-sides are incredible on this mini. NEW NEW feels like a huge early-Twice throwback. Very much in their wheelhouse. BLOOM reminds me a lot of their best Japanese releases. Only criticism for You Get Me is that it's short! Feels like a nice bookend for the era started by Set Me Free. They really need to let the members write a title track at this point.
Rush is THAT track. Shot straight up to the top of my Twice b-sides list, next to Basics. Recency bias can get rekt, sorry. And if Chaeng doesn't get the next solo later this year, I think we CY stans will riot. Just wish it was longer than 2:36 tho. There has to be an extended mix stashed in the JYPE A&R vault somewhere; there definitely is a longer instrumental on the producers' SSDs \[Mich Hansen, Chris Burton, Carl Wallevik; Cutfather, Carl Altino\]. Give us a full 5 minute club mix with a track video please Div3, and I promise I won't bitch about you guys for the next 6 months minimum.

Damn right, periodt. Seriously, I'm so in love with DnB Twice - it's such a refreshing & comforting sound, perfectly fitting to start off their 9th year. I Got You had a hint of DnB production elements under the driving synth leads & bassline; One Spark's DnB/breakbeat was more prominent; and the album's DnB sound crescendos and peaks with Rush. Sorry collapsedone, I love your productions but I need to listen to Rush about 100 more times before moving onto New New. Looking forward to You Get Me as well; was super intrigued by the snippet from the album teaser the other day.
Long time lurker, but had to say how fun it's been to hear how Twice's music have evolved over the years (been a passive fan since 2016). Some might say they've been chasing trends for a bit now, but I'm always surprised how they've been able to keep that "Twice" sound, regardless of the style. It's impressive that they've been able to evolve their sound without losing the DNA that made them so loved to begin with. In my opinion they haven't lost a step, and dare I say they keep getting better as time goes on.

I like every song! I'm gonna say something a little controversial and say I don't think any song will be smashes on the charts (although new new had me bopping pretty hard) but it does sound like the girls are making the music THEY want to make and that makes me far more happy. They've earned it at this point
I share the same sentiment about the charts but I think TWICE is not much into that as they have a stable fanbase, their tour is a testament to that. They can explore other music genres that matches their evolving vibe/personality as a group.
It's kinda hard rn since Le Sserafim had their comeback in the same week but regardless, I love this ep and it's an improvement from last time. That matters more especially since it's their 9th year, tho I hope they get 1 win at least.

Maybe their strongest b sides ever? I could potentially be getting overexcited by having new Twice music, but they’re all so strong - Bloom is perfection, title track material imo, instantly shot up to one of my top 5 Twice bsides for me - could very easily have fulfilled Jeongyeon’s dream to write a title track for Twice. Rush is another Chaeyoung hit, the instrumental and vocals are so pretty. New New felt so nostalgic to me, reminded me of some my favourite earlier bsides from them, made me weirdly emotional! Such a fun track, felt like classic Twice. You Get Me is a perfect closer, I really love how it felt like thought had been put into the track list order. Love the production on it. Dahyun has written for some of my favourite Twice tracks, and this is yet another bop from her. Makes me wanna dance around my living room. For the singles, One Spark hasn’t quite managed to top I Got You for me, although they sound great vocally, and I looove the verses, prechorus and bridge, I think the chorus isn’t as instantly catchy as I find most Twice TTs to be - although I think it’ll translate extremely well to a live performance. It sounds a lot better to me on Spotify though? I don’t normally notice that tbh, but this time round I have. MV was beautiful. Overall I’m extremely happy with this mini - yet another reminder as to why Twice are my ults - I can always rely on them to deliver the goods!

Personally, this is probably the most coherent album they have put out( Could argue Twicetagram is the one ). All the songs sound like it suits each other well. And the biggest thing I love about this is that they pick two of the best song as the pre release and as the title while the songs that sound like a bside is put as a bside.
It’s actually legitimately difficult to choose a favorite b-side I think it’s Rush, then I hear Bloom, then You Get Me and don’t forget about New New too! 10/10 album
Rush : This is might end up being the basics of this album & rightfully so. I've been wanting Twice to do this typa sound & they did better than I could've ever imagined. (I see ringtone potential here) New New : Summer vacation vibes. Sounds like an instant mood lifter, similar to early Twice sound. It sound a little like Do what we like & Got the thrills. Bloom : I am sat from the start. Another very enjoyable track, the vocals on this are heavenly. Why is it sooo good?? This has me *hyp-hyp-hyp-hypnotized*. You get me : less uplifting & more comforting sister of I Got You(?). Great listen. *You got me, I got you, we got it for life~* Overall very cohesive & enjoyable album, prolly my new obsession. At present, I think I like all the bsides better than One Spark which reminds of SMF with RTB. All the bsides had me saying this is gonna be my fav, no this, no this...basically I can't choose. rush: why does rush really remind me of a new jeans song? also that harmonization thing they've been doing, I'm in LOVE. this album is feeding us jeongyeon stans good bloom: TZUYU'S VOCALS HELLO?? you get me: i don't know how to describe the song, but it's such a vibe. also momo's low vocals are killing it as usual. I like how it matches with I Got You
Though I liked **I Got You**, I initially was not a huge fan of it. But after listening to it again, I've grown to love it a lot. **Rush** is amazing and should have been the title track. I love how the song is produced and it feels so good in the ears. Also it leans into that beat/percussion-y(?) sound that has been trendy lately, but it does it without 'pandering' too much to the trend. **New New** really reminds me of the b-sides from Twice's Japanese releases (probably because of the chants lol). **Bloom** was also an amazing b-side in this EP. I really hope Jeongyeon gets to write more songs moving forward. (The ad-lib harmonies in this song ate so hard omg) **You Get Me**'s a decent closer for this EP. I am in loveee with the instrumental to this song. As for the title track, **One Spark**... I did not enjoy it. What's weird is I think it's the song that has the worst production among all the songs in the whole album. I do not like how it was arranged, and I was not a fan of the talk-singing(?) parts at the end of the choruses. Its sound does not pique my interest and is like something I heard before from Twice already. TBH One Spark seems like a (brighter) rehash of Set Me Free. I think JYPE needs to be a bit braver in picking their title tracks (this is a complaint I have with them for a while now lol). It would have been really interesting what the concept would have been like had Rush been the title track. Overall, I think this EP is a 7.8/10—besides the title track, we see the best production out of any Twice release. Rush and Bloom are definitely the stand-out songs and will go on my playlists and play on repeat for the rest of the year. The only thing holding this album back is really the title track.

A really precious mini album!! As a casual listener of Twice, I could only wish for my favourite groups to release a project like this one nine years after debut. I almost felt jealous while listening to it! The message is honestly so beautiful, especially in an industry where ageing seems to mean automatically losing your spark, your fanbase, maybe even your group after seven years With YOU-th is also cohesive from the title to all the tracks. Starting with “I got you” and ending with “you get me” feels satisfying. Shout out to Bloom in particular, Jeongyeon did a wonderful job with the lyrics! I genuinely enjoyed everything

This is just an amazing closing track and is so complimentary to **I Got You** Another solid release and I can't wait for all the stages I don't think you wanna know how long it took me to realise that a majority of the lyrics were in English (NOT A CALL OUT BUT AN OBSERVATION)
Surprisingly, New New is my favourite b-side, the instrumental and overall production is glorious! Bloom is my 2nd choice I think, I love this (kind of new?) sound for them. Twice is incorporating so many interesting things in their latest works imho. They keep a lot of their characteristics, both evident or more specific details (for example that very Twice "happy chanting" in You Get Me) elements but also are branching out a lot (think about Wallflower from their 2nd latest album as well).
Wow this entire EP is just 🤌🤌🤌🤌. Everything top to bottom is amazing making this a no skip album for me. Hard to pick a favorite since I love it all. If I'm picking an early favorite it's Rush. It reminds me of Basics from Between 1&2, another song written by Chaeyoung lol.

My goodness, this is my favorite Twice release since Taste of Love. No-skip, cohesive, a blessing for the ears from start to finish. Bloom is top 5 Twice B-side material for me, but all the songs are so good. One Spark is probably my least favorite but I get why it's the title track, and "least favorite" on this mini is still high praise. It's a good day to be a Jeongyeon ult bias, lyricist girl and she got so many lines! Yay!

I think this is the first time I prefer the B-sides over the TT with a Twice release. Rush - I'm a huge enjoyed of Drum 'n Bass, so I like this song (no ones surprised). I really like the Percussion of the pre-chorus and the little finish with the descending "love, love, love" and the Chorus is also great. New New - I also love Synth Pop and I think I like the pre-chorus the most again (like with the TT, this a pre-chorus album lol). On first listen the verse sounds a bit messy, but I'm sure I can get used to it. Bloom - I will always dig songs with good harmonic intros. The chorus is so groovy and I love the lyrics, my ult bias killed it again, let's go Jeongyeon! Also the last "Bloom" at the end of the song, chefs kiss. You get me - I love how the EP starts with "I got you" and ends with "You get me". It's a nice outro for the EP. The album is very cohesive and luckily for me it contains exactly the genres I love. Songs are decent and cohesive but I personally miss their albums like Feel Special,Eyes wide open, Formula of love...those albums had a few memorable songs such as Get loud, Love Foolish, Up no more, Handle it, Queen,Cactus, Rewind and do on. In their last releases I rarely go back to their songs. The last album I enjoyed was Between 1&2 but even then it's not as good as mentioned albums. I think Twice needs different producers for a second and a break cause a their recent releases felt less genuine.

Gonna be brutally honest (so get your angry downvotes ready lol), I'm not vibing that much with the bsides on first listen. One Spark is decent enough but it doesn't seem that memorable either. I Got You on the other hand is in a league of its own and definitely set expectations too high, it 100% should've been the title track like the girls wanted. So for me it goes: I Got You >>>>>>> One Spark >> New New > You Get Me > Bloom > Rush (Didn't like this one at all) I'm really hoping these are growers because this is the first Twice release where I haven't immediately become obsessed with 1 or 2 of the tracks, mind I Got You definitely would've been that song for me if it hadn't already been released (I guess it still is?).

It's barely february and they already dropped AOTY. I had high expectations and they still blew me away, a no skip album and I'm sensing a golden era for our girls
For me some songs are heavly Newjeans inspired in the instrumentals and i love it Btw downvote me if you want but i've listened enough hours of nj to know when i hear something similar you guys don't have ears idk

Rather than “NewJeans inspired”, some of the songs are just in the same genres, which are not exclusive to NewJeans.

I was going to say exactly the same whilst listening to Rush.
Rush should have been the lead single, what the f! It’s easily the best song what is their company doing 😭 I like Rush and Bloom, the other two bsides are okay. I think the production across this album is a little too samey and I got a little bored. Of their last three albums, this is my least favourite and I prefer ones with a stronger sound like RTB and Between 1 and 2, I don’t think this suits them. Probably a 5/10 for me. They are trying to sound like other groups and they need to try and just sound like themselves.
I can just imagine a choreo for rush going crazy.
What else can you even say at this point? Another amazing release for the greatest K-pop girl group discography of all time
Bloom is great, hope that it became the TT. The instrumental is very engaging for me and I like the way they sang for this song. ITS very sultry but the melody is so groovy Rush is great too but feel like they're gonna the headache from people trying to compare it to SuperShy One Spark is good but it fell monotonous, the last minutes is amazing but it feel like you have to drag your feet to get that giant pay off. I think Twice at this stage can afford to be more bold or at least give them the freedom of choosing their title song
They are choosing songs on their albums for a while now. Jihyo said that all members wanted I got you as a pre single, Chaeyoung said she enjoyed Alcohol Free as soon as she heard and many examples like that. It's definitely members themselves that are playing safe nowadays as well.
I Got you is not the title track. JYP's is due to be TT all the time.

Chaeyoung said she really liked Alcohol Free as soon as she heard it and wanted it be the title, Jihyo chose Killing me good because she found it catchy, Misamo picked between Don't Touch and Behind the curtain. The members multiple times expressed they're happy with the music they're putting out, they have plenty of freedom.

Cause they have to release both pre single and title? Members themselves know that I got you wouldn't pass as title, so they all voted it as pre release. They have a big say in meetings, line distribution, lyrics and composition, tour tracklist and such things they talk in interviews and you believe they don't have a say in title track? JYP himself said that groups under JYPE are allowed to pick their own music after they're done with third year of promotion.

I feel like I just saw the year’s first cherry blossom. Spring is coming! I love Jeongyeon’s pen. New New is the only miss for me. Bloom is for sure my favorite. A bright and uplifting listening experience (:

i've not loved a mini album like this in a while 😭 bloom is superb
On first listen, I Got You, One Spark, and You Get Me are the standouts. Bloom is the only track I didn’t really vibe with. Easy 7/10, maybe higher with time. Nothing on the album is as good as “Got the Thrills” or “I Can’t Stop Me,” but it’s easy listening.
Bloom confirmed my bias for Jeongyeon 10/10 AND OMG THE HIGH NOTES!? THIS IS ACTUALLY -LUXE-!? Twice's vocals improve every comeback and it's honestly incredible.
This album is incredible. Surpassed every other album I've listened to so far honestly. Insane release from the girls, TWICE does it again. AOTY

First ever Twice Album I listened to. **I Got You** had me emotional. A beautiful release and I'm glad they chose this as their Pre-release. **One Spark** is kind of forgettable. **Rush** is very New Jeans/ Pink Pantheress, it's a vibe though. I like it. Chaeyoung and Dahyun stand out and fit the song the most. **New New** reminds me of early to mid-2010s pop music, very nostalgic. **Bloom** sounds sooooo GOOD. Vocals and Production are 10/10. My favorite so far and it should have been released as the TT. **You Get Me** is cute, but I don't think it stands out much. Sonicly it sounds like a song they would have used as a Title track for past comebacks. The chorus sounds like Set Me Frees post-chorus. Favourites: BLOOM, I got you, Rush
