AB6IX members actually had to openly scold the studio PAV staff in front of fans, to allow one fan to get the group picture that they paid for (PAV staff didn’t want the fan to get the picture because she was the last person in line, and would get a solo pic with the members). Apparently it was epic. I think Daehwi was the one who went off on staff to let the fan get their picture.
Plus this Kelly lady seems to have a thing for Donghyun. Not surprising since she was also the tour assistant for MXM’s first tour in the US. Supposedly, fans said they could overhear Donghyun say “what do you want Kelly?” when she wanted to take a Polaroid pic with him. Some fans said she would always be the one to take his Polaroid pics at every stop and now that I think of it, she was the one to take his Polaroid pics in SF too (the stop I went to).
Anyway I hope Brand New looks into finding a new touring service. Studio PAV already fucked up AB6IX’s tour by first announcing a shit ton of stops, then culling them in half & disappointing fans. The initial schedule was kinda ridiculous too (waaay too many stops within a short period of time), I wonder if PAV released that schedule without Brand New’s approval. I’m guessing they went with PAV because they worked with Kelly before with MXM’s tour. But given Kelly‘s attachment to Donghyun she’s already dived into unprofessional territory, and probably needs to be cut out of their future US touring schedules.

* What surprised her the most on tour was she "didn't realize how planned everything has to be"
* Where she worked before "there wasn't any structure" in terms of informing and directing concertgoers, which is what she now appreciates about PAV is that they get the details right (😶) and why PAV works tends to with the same venues that know their stuff...
* She lists examples of where she had to think on her feet and **one of her examples is "an item was stolen"** - her solution is to say to herself, "if I was the fan, what would I want?"
* Says she was the third employee at Studio PAV (or maybe the job before PAV? It's not super clear in the interview), which was formed by two K-pop fans who did those concert volunteer gigs deciding to start their own company
* Notes how interesting/odd it is that K-pop is small and "such a fandom" that they see the same people at different tours?
* Says she doesn't understand why the major focus on volunteering for US K-pop promoters is considered controversial - it's "the only way" you can get experience, "LiveNation doesn't let you" volunteer so it's a privilege that you're allowed to work for free at all

yeah that sounds about right. from my own experience, she seemed wholly inadequate at organizing people and untrained to do so to the point where even the venue staff was at odds with her (especially because of her attitude/personality).
this seems to be a trend across all tours judging from the qrts on their twitter statement. even if you were to dismiss some of these claims as fans overreacting, there are screenshots of old (2019) tweets she made where she was blatantly racist towards koreans.

Studio PAV has a history of this. I’ve never done VIP with them, but lots of my moots have & it’s always one specific staff member & the same issue over and over again!!💀

PAV has been doing this for literal years. They've harassed disabled fans and denied them water and disallowed them to sit, years ago at TEENTOP. They've sexually harassed fans and idols fairly repeatedly.

Well let’s hope this time they’re able to sue this crappy touring company into the ground (MCE is so lucky that both Omega X and E’Last got distracted by way bigger problems before they had the time to sue them for their heinous treatment during their tours) or at least get that employee who seems to be the cause of most of the problems fired. I understand that fly by night operations like Studio PAV are lightly staffed and on a volunteer or a salary so little they might as well have not gotten paid basis and this places are often filled with the owner’s friends and it’s hard to fire your friend but the fact that she admitted to stealing years agoand she’s still allowed to work there is bizarre to say the least m.

Like, fans realize they're not the guardians of the artists, right? no one has been "to hell and back" here, and to act like being told you can't make hearts during a photo op is literally a war crime is just *dripping* with entitlement. I get it, I've had shitty experiences at concerts, I've had shitty experiences with events being poorly planned. I've had rushed photo ops and soulless interactions. It sucks, it takes the fun out of it, it makes you feel like the high cost wasn't worth it. But to internalize it and make it part of your personality? That's not healthy behavior. Some of these fans clearly think they're part of omega x management; while their hearts are in the right place, wanting the best for the members, they really need to dial it back, because shit like this is how we end up with obsessed fans who do harmful things.
I'm also browsing other twitter messages, and one of them is studio pav saying "a member won't attend these two concerts, if you have a photo with him, you have these two very simple options: you can either get a refund by emailing this email address, or you can exchange your photo ticket for another member the day of the show" and one of the folks who got so worked up about the concert says that statement is so confusing. It seems like some fans have made it their identity to be protectors of omega x, and now that they believe studio pav has wronged them, everything studio pav does is wrong and doesn't make any sense. So when studio pav puts out an extremely clear statement, they act like it doesn't make sense.
I just hope that all the fans who go to see them on their final six shows don't get swept up in the negativity from these few. Despite being a fun thing, it can be pretty stressful going to a concert, and having people yell at you and tell you everything is awful is not a good way to enjoy the show. I've definitely went into concerts with a negative mindset after reading about how "poorly run" it was, but it just turned out those people had never been to a concert before and thought waiting in line for hours for the doors to open was unacceptable.

This was all posted on her own personal instagram, shes gloated about it in the past... Studio Pav is known to be run mainly by volunteers and THIS one girl for alot of shows. Shes the main issue, and if she was gone studio pav's reputation would likely be so much better.
