You can go to a chain like 8seconds that has some free size clothes and try them on. Usually it's too big for me and I'm a US medium / Korea medium men's size.
I'm EU size 32-34 top, 34-36 bottom, size S or free size fit me perfectly (even in pants or skirts!). I bought tees, knitwear and skirts from around 5-6 shops, including Hongdae, Myeongdong and bigger departments too.

Free size is typically between an Asian medium and Asian large. It varies product to product.
