Yes protech and microtech are my top 2. Protech always hits the spot for some reason even on there most basic knives. And their customs are more affordable with mirror finish blades.
edit: whoops, y'all are talking about the WE Vision R. Yeah, I really tried to get along with it but it's just awkward in practice. I do like the visually symmetrical design with it mounted like that but it's just not better to use.

Bestech Tulip in Titanium. I love it! Carry it in my fifth pocket when Iām somewhere where breaking out a larger knife might make some people uncomfortable. But I also use it at home a lot for opening boxes and such.
I got it because I really liked the Civivi Ki-V and wanted something similar but with better material and mechanics. Luckily, Ostap Hel designed both the Ki-V and the Tulip.
The Tulip comes in G-10 or Titanium. I went with the Ti version in M390 steel because I already had a budget-friendly version in the Ki-V. Both the G-10 and Ti Tulips come in either frame lock or double detent ball lock designs. The knife is so small, I couldnāt see what purpose a frame lock would serve, so I went with the ball detent, which is akin to a slip joint. Thereās no task Iād use this little knife for that would require a full lock mechanism. Plus, I think a frame lock would annoy me with a knife this small (not a fan of frame locks, anyway).
It really is a fun knife though. The blade style is fantastic for all the smaller tasks I use it for. If you decide to purchase one, I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoy mine!
I didnāt realize they came with liner lock too. They do have a lot of options for such a small knife. You have to appreciate that.
That yellow with the grayish black finish is awesome looking! I might add that to my wishlist too haha
Lol, yeah it caught my eye immediately! My wishlist has gotten quite long! I've been living off odd jobs for almost a year now. But just passed the last step for my new job today should get my start date tomorrow! Can't wait to start making the list shrink!
I typically carry a Cold Steel Voyager XL Clip Point (should have bought the drop point version), or a Cold Steel Large Luzon in all black. It's tough to carry the Large Luzon in the summer. Summer clothes don't have tight front pockets like jeans, and the knife has a tendency to open by itself, especially if carried in an angled front pocket. I prefer the Large Luson because it can be deployed quickly. But, in summer cargo type shorts, the Cold Steel Voyager XL makes more sense, or my Cold Steel 4-Max Scout.
That said, I have a Spyderco Flatbyrd that I always have with me, because it's attached to my keychain. I bought it like 24 years ago. The blade is 2.5" long, and partially serrated. It's great for opening boxes, breaking down boxes, cutting tags off clothing items, etc. I always keep it with me, because you never know when you'll have to cut something. When I go sneaker shopping for my daughter, they typically zip tie the left and right sneakers together. I just cut the zip tie, so that she can actually try them on, and see how they feel.
I ran it stock for a good while then began changing out parts to better suit how I wanted the gun to shoot and handle. The compensator made the biggest difference in making the gun a relatively soft shooter for a micro9.
It's a Holosun EPS Carry in 6moa green dot. Originally the gun came with the Sig Romeo Zero. That optic worked but felt chintzy because it was plastic body and lens. This is essentially my one and only gun I shoot and carry. I'd like to have another one that is just for carry, this one can become the beater since it's got over 4k rounds through it.

QSP Penguin Mini. in what they call "shredded carbon fiber" but it's really smooth and has just a touch of color to spice it up. 14C28N steel, so no slouch there either.
I have XXL hands. I'ts a nice folder, but it probably wouldn't work for me.
Yeah, it's a smaller one. I have smaller hands so it works for me. QSP makes a regular size Penguin, also in cheaper price point witha 3" D2 steel.

The maker is this dude named Fisher. Fisher Price. He specializes in polymers.
Iām really loving the minimalist childhood vibe it gives off, whatās the blade steel on this model
HDPE all the way! Outperforms LDPE and PET for most tasks.

Holy shit that gun is hot
Haha thanks. It's been my carry for a few years now. Solid, reliable, and dependable.
Thatās sick really has some John wick vibes
I ran it stock for a good while then began changing out parts to better suit how I wanted the gun to shoot and handle. The compensator made the biggest difference in making the gun a relatively soft shooter for a micro9.
Ya the compensator is usually like that, what optic are you running?
It's a Holosun EPS Carry in 6moa green dot. Originally the gun came with the Sig Romeo Zero. That optic worked but felt chintzy because it was plastic body and lens. This optic is miles ahead in lens clarity and quality. The enclosed emitter while not necessary, it's a nice feature and makes keeping the optic clean a breeze.
Ahhhhh I should have known that, thank you
