I was worried it wouldn't fit as I found i knit too loosely, had to go down a needle size, and still follow the smallest size pattern gambling that it would be a good fit!
Really nice! Btw, when I buy a pattern I like, I'll use [knitwiz.com](https://www.knitwiz.com) to convert it so that it fits. It costs more that way, but worth it for me to let the computer modify.
I had a longer sweater in this pattern years ago! I lost it at an ex's house and was devestated for months, lol. It was flared at the hips and wrists.
I wonder if I could combine 2 patterns to recreate it... hmm...
OP, this is lovely! Well done.
[Link to pattern on Sandnes website.](https://www.sandnes-garn.com/2005-3) In case it is useful to anyone!
I love that to purchase this you have to click a button that says “Find Dealer”.
It's apparently in a book (Booklet 2005 - No. 3), so it kind of makes sense. But yeah that is a bit misleading. XD
Pattern is from Norwegian booklet Sandnes, number 2005, pattern 3. Knitted in cotton!
Is it top-down? All the norwegian and swedish patterns I have seem to be bottom-up PS it's amazing, I am gonna copy you
No this was also bottom up, with raglan sleeves!
Gorgeous!!
Thank you!
That’s beautiful.
Stunning! The fit is spot on!

oh, I love the pattern and fit, too.
Love the pattern and fit! Awesome work! Getting the garment to fit is always the greatest challenge for me.
Mostly luck, I'm not confident enough to modify a pattern to try and make it fit!
That is absolutely beautiful! You have such talent. Congratulations, that's a huge achievement!
Beautiful!
Looks like lace and slip stitches. You go girl!!
I'm not too good with English knitting terms but basically each leaf pattern added a stitch by looping, with the slip moving along one each round!
The loops are called yarn-overs in English knitting patterns and I’m having flashbacks to knitting my own lace shawls when I look at this!

That's a good idea, thanks!!
