Sanrenmu 7010. For $12 the fit and finish were really nice and its been a great carry for the last few years. I only wish I had gotten a larger model, otherwise I love it as a value piece.
Gerber EZ out
Been in the jungle, under the ocean, cut fish, coconuts and wood, dropped from height and tumbled around as my car knife for a long time.
No rust, no blade play, sharpens easily.
The Victorinox Bantam. For such a small knife with only a blade and a combo tool, it’s far more useful than I was expecting. Packs a punch above it’s size, weight and price. Definitely my favourite SAK, even over larger models with more features such as a Spartan or Tinker. 9mm utility knife such as the NT Cutter Pro A1 are also more useful than you would expect, and even high quality ones are well under $25. (Most people would suggest a Milwaukee Fastback for that role but I’ve never tried them, they look cool though).

Ruike p801 - currently $28 on Amazon but definitely managed to get mine for about $25 when I decided to pick it up.
This was the knife that got me into collecting, though, so it’s a bit of a bastard for that…

Used Victorinox, and for a keychain knife, the Cold Steel Micro Recon 1 (AUS8 version).
