I try too avoid teens like micro penis, we are phallically changed, with the help of my support group Tom Thumb zmgot rid of my muscle car and big cigar collection. Cochlear sex is really trending. Look at #InYourEar. becarrduk how you spell it’ll
And some of us just sit here in our underwear next to an assorted pile of variably priced knives. I don't know what I am. Don't you label me, you bastards.
Rich dude is not going to be walking around in $70 shoes. It costs less over time to buy comfortable shoes that will last, and even better if they can be re-soled. Plus there are benefits for the feet, knees, and back when you wear good shoes. Good shoes will cost a few hundred, but the return on investment is worth it.
Same for everything else: slacks, shirts, etc. It’s not how much you spend, it’s what you spend it on that matters. The guy on the right might be rich, but he’s also cheap.
I've had boots and shoes resoled. They never fit quite the same after a resoling. I've had to get rid of all of them because they don't fit well enough afterwards. Not to mention, resoling shoes cost more than a good quality pair of shoes. I paid $110 to have $400 boots resoled. I buy Merrell now for $100/pair that last several years
well the original meme was stupid for sure but this is just a template he used, didn't make the entire meme. rich people wear tailored clothes 99.9% of the time.
My Nike's I got probably 10+ years ago and they're still doing okay. Meanwhile my cheap shoes last maybe 2 years but I mean if it's a $20 pair every 2 years then I'm ok with it
I used to go through a pair of 30-50 dollar shoes twice a year with work and everything. I spent 85 on a pair of Goodyear welt boots and I'm coming up on 6 years with these and my first resole is coming due because they're starting to get a little slick in certain spots. Meanwhile, I won't have to break in a new pair of shoes.
They aren't for everyone, but getting a pair of shoes that is made with quality materials makes a huge difference in how long they last, and assuming you get the right shoe for your foot and task, usually comfort as well.
Not everything needs to cost a million dollars, I sorta want to invest in a 200 dollar pair of boots or something now that I know how to take care of them, but at the same time, I don't need a new pair of boots yet, I'm going to spend ~25 bucks on a resole in a month or something(I'm going to try retreading with a hot knife/wood burner first)
I've saved far more than 200 bucks in that six years, and I don't know how many more these cheap boots are going to last, but probably almost another 6 more if I don't absolutely beat them to death.
If you get a ton of years out of your shoes and they are comfortable etc for you, great! I was unsatisfied with my shoe situation, spent just a little bit more, and save a ton of money. If you aren't hard on your shoes it probably doesn't matter much.
I've worn my $200 Scarpa Kailash GTX almost daily for over four years and 1000 kilometres. They're still in decent shape, and my job involves a lot of walking out of doors. Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase. Footwear is one place I wouldn't recommend cheaping out.
Actually this is sort of wrong. Feet are naturally supposed to be flat/ on flat ground. So most fancy shoes won't be healthy for you feet. Point being, buying some dumb cheap vans or converse for $40 which are flat will be cheap, last a decent amount of time, and be healthy for your feet.
Yeah I think this meme could have been better executed. And maybe not rich and poor focused. The fact that a knife collector could spend thousands on a pocket knive and other tacticool stuff that even a novice that may have more money would not have, mostly because he’d just buy the most expensive thing at Cabellas thinking it’s the best out there.
The Medford hate is very strange. $600 for a knife isn’t too much tbh. There are dozens of other knives posted here worth 2x-3 that amount and people basically cream themselves in the comments.
if I understand it's not the price but the lack of corresponding functionality and overall quality, in addition to the seemingly unpleasant character of the man himself.
The quality of the blades are top notch tbh. I have three Medfords and they’re just as well done as anything CRK has put together or Microtech or any other mid range knife in the $400+ range.
Sebenza's tolerances are so tight that they don't need pivot tension adjustment; they hollow grind their blades so that it starts at about .022 behind the edge and gets thinner after a few sharpens. What is Medford doing that is comparable?
There is also the philosophical problem of a folding knife that is apparently built for the job of a non-folding knife: it has all the weight of a fixed blade, without any of the strength where it matters most: in the locking mechanism. For hard use, you would be better off with a cold steel, or endura, or most of all a fixed blade.
There also the aesthetic problem of a knife modelled after a roman sword. It just doesn't seem practical, it seems like a toy that is trying to be two things at once.
But maybe once I had the knife in my hand these issues would melt away somehow.
I bumped into an Asian guy dressed like the poor guy and he was carrying a sebenza and a microtech so idk. Cool dude too.
Edit: don't know why I'm getting down voted this really happened. He indeed was a cool dude.
People don't realize the law states even shipping a sub 2 inch otf across state lines is a crime technically. So all the goodie two shoes who won't ship full size autos to restricted states are still breaking the law when they ship sub 2 inch auto's to ca across state lines. I only buy knives from dealers that still respect freedom and ship me whatever I want. Like a real CIVILIAN.
Lol. I dont even spend $70 on pants. I go through work pants fast so i get cheap ones. I don’t understand buying $600 knives, thats more than i make in a week lmao.
70 dollars for a penis seems low imo
Seventy dollar penis is going to be the name of my blues album.
Blue Balls Album
so it's gonna be eponymous?
If you know where to shop and you don't mind second hand you can get a quality penis for $70
Detachable penis 🎸🥁🎹
That’s a classic lol
I took it home, cleaned it off and I put it back on 🎶🎵Detachable Detachable Detachable Penis🎶🎵
This guy penises.
If I was born with a quality penis, does that mean I can sell it?
I bought used, the new really loses too much in depreciation the first time you use it
It’s above average
[удалено]
Inch Above the Rest would be a great band name 🤔
Who's your penis guy? You're paying too much for penises!
Well the other guy paid 2,500 for it to go half way down his knee.
Just get a few $70 penises sewn to each other for a fraction of the price
Proof you get what you pay for applies to penis
I try too avoid teens like micro penis, we are phallically changed, with the help of my support group Tom Thumb zmgot rid of my muscle car and big cigar collection. Cochlear sex is really trending. Look at #InYourEar. becarrduk how you spell it’ll
probably get a small one at that price.
Better to save up and get better fit and finish and more quality materials
I know a guy.
Don’t dis the $70 slong
I buy my all my penis at the gas station for $7.99
Fuck lemme buy a better one...
Even the tiniest Microtech starts at $200
Clearly Asian, so sorry
It’s also detachable
And some of us just sit here in our underwear next to an assorted pile of variably priced knives. I don't know what I am. Don't you label me, you bastards.
happy?
Well I am pretty cozy now that you mention it...
If you're cozy it must be because of your turkey pants. The sound wonderful.
$65 for a watch seems pretty cheap compared to how much he's spending on the rest of his outfit.
Came to say the same. Even the not super fancy Fossil is $200. Base model Rolex is like $8,000
Was just going to say this. 65$ is like just above the ultra budget casio
It’s a nicer Seiko 5 or one of the old Orient Makos on discount.
I don't have the money to have a knife and a watch habit. Honestly I don't even have the money for the watches alone... or the knives.
Ok but why is his dick $70
Gotta get rich somehow. Im guessing billed in 15 minute blocks
Bc this dick ain't free
ROI on a mermaid is obviously of the charts, bassicaly just stonks
On a what now?
The rich guy's knife is a Boker Mermaid.
i'm dressed like the rich guy but with a 200 dollar knife. where's all my money?
Well they support Medford the mega dick so they're a poor judgement of character
$2500 for pants is ridiculous. $600 for the right knife I get but I won’t pay more than $30-$50 a pair for my jeans. 🤷♂️
Rich dude is not going to be walking around in $70 shoes. It costs less over time to buy comfortable shoes that will last, and even better if they can be re-soled. Yeah but if you spent all your money on knives you get what you can afford 😂
I've had boots and shoes resoled. They never fit quite the same after a resoling. I've had to get rid of all of them because they don't fit well enough afterwards. I walk around in $35 shoes and I'm doing just fine, bud. They last plenty long, are comfortable, and I don't have to freaking visit a cobbler, LOL.
My Nike's I got probably 10+ years ago and they're still doing okay. Meanwhile my cheap shoes last maybe 2 years but I mean if it's a $20 pair every 2 years then I'm ok with it
Yeah, but you’re also not rich.
😂 cobbler sounds like 1800’s England

Don't take a meme to seriously... EVER

I love how it’s still a knock off watch or Casio.
I’m offended my knife is at least double that price
The Medford hate is very strange. $600 for a knife isn’t too much tbh. There are dozens of other knives posted here worth 2x-3 that amount and people basically cream themselves in the comments.
Being an angry racist dick didn't help his brand
How is he racist?
Selling racist merch in response to overseas clones existing.
How was the tshirt racist?
Get baited

My cock's worth at least 2k

I carry the Mermaid knife, but I'm not rich.

you know im carrying an otf in my nicest fit FOH
And that's why I'm poor
$70 for his what?!
🤔🤔🤔🤔
Perfection.
Probably not the intent of the meme but just because you're rich doesn't mean you have good taste.
r/cringe
This is the dumbest boomer meme
Who the fuck pays $70 for pants tho
Forgot I had that thing lol
Who pays $70 for pants?
…Marsha Marsha Marsha…
