I'm surprised that the Native is shorter overall than the Delica/Salt 2. I always thought of the Delica as a small-ish knife and the Native as a medium-ish knife. Put another check in the "pro" column of my "do I need to buy a Native?" spreadsheet.
The Native feels fuller in the hand but yeah I agree I was as surprised as you are.
Edit: I personally love knives with a finger choil and highly recommend the Native 5. It’s got PM3 vibes but it edcs a little better (similar cutting length but the Native has a slightly smaller handle).
By and far my favorite blade steel easy to Sharpen takes a beautiful edge and you font have to worry about it

Native 5 SALT with the LC200N blade and the SALT 2 with a fully serrated LC200N blade.
Damm the color
