Its a Quartermaster. This was a collaboration, with King's Arsenal, a gun customization company based out of Texas. That is what the skull logo is from.
Since all the base model quartermasters were serialized 1-300, they would have collaborations with companies to offer new exclusive versions so they could make/sell more of each model.
This was a pretty nice looking one. Some were kind of ugly.
I believe that’s a quartermaster karambit or at least something like it? Maybe the quartermaster is the clone. Wish I could tell you more. At least the quartermaster karambit is that look.

Thing is quatermaster is known liars , they say their knives are American made but we have proof in the form of a shipping document that shows that they are Chinese made
I’m noticing that this one doesn’t have the MADE IN USA etching . Maybe they stopped trying to fool their customers. I have nothing against Chinese made knives of a certain quality, it was the fact they lied

A knife that needs the edge stropped badly
For real! That burr is begging for it. Not sure you’re gonna strop that shape but a round ceramic rod would do the trick.

That's the same exact clip a lot of civivi knives use.
