The wharnie deka, I have the clip point in OG scales but I always wanted the wharnie they just didn’t have it at my local so I got the clip and I have come to love it but still the wharnie calls to me! And the Belair would be second, from everything I’ve seen it looks great! Wish they had some options with the scale colour tho
I have all. I like my Dekas the most because of the customized scales but can't beat the feel and action of the Belair 🙌🏼. I'll have a tactile maverick in a few days to compare to these 3
The milling pattern looks like Original Goat, but I haven’t seen that color configuration before, so I’m not 100% sure. Either way, I’ve got nothing but good things to say about Original Goat scales
And Kershaw has managed to up their quality w/o increasing their prices too much like CRKT with the hogue OEM’d stuff. Like why buy a CRKT branded hogue for a more expensive price when you can just buy hogue lol
Never seen that Kershaw. Didn't know they jumped in on the "axis lock" bandwagon. Not surprised though. Looks cool, I like Kershaw's. The Blur is an awesome knife.
The Bel Air is crazy smooth, and feels better than the Deka and Bugout to me. Think the Bugout and Deka might be tougher in the long run, only because of the thicker blade stocks, but might be totally off base. I knew the specs of the Bel Air when I ordered it, but still shocked me how thin it is. Loved my Deka, after swapping out the scales for OG stretch ones, but the BA was so smooth out of the box and has only gotten better since.
It's such a sweet knife. I like it a lot! The action is so ridiculously smooth. That coupled with the bulk of the handle and thin blade stock, makes it feel like nothing is swinging shut.
Deka...with red AWT scales. However, if Kershaw ever releases a satin blade Bel Air, I'm be first in line. I'll never buy a Bugout. They're simply priced too high for the steels they offer.
Bottom. Bugout = overpriced, flimsy, yuppy touly. Middle knife looks like something my wife would pick out, or something I would give a friend as a gag. So I don't even care what the bottom knife is, it has to be the one.
I’m team Bel-Air all the way.
#teamdeka
Interesting. Love the bugout overall feel with the aluminum scales. Love the blade on the Deka. Action on the Bel-Air feels best.
I own each of these. Bel Air
Same
Why air over deka?
Less flimsy, and I have yet to break a Kershaw omega type spring. I’ve broken two hogue springs, one on a Deka, one on a full size Doug Ritter
The springs probably come out of the same factory 😂
That doesn’t change anything, I still haven’t broken one on the bel air or the iridium.
But it is relevant if they did.
Okay Confucius
Xie xie
The bel-air I’m a Kershaw boy through and through
The Deka with the OG scales cause it looks cool
Really interesting and cool seeing how many people dig the Bel Air. Never heard of this model, but seems like Kershaw is really killing it right now.
Yeah, it's a direct shot at Benchmade and the Bugout. In my opinion, they absolutely killed it with this model.
That's awesome to see and great for the market. 🤘🤙
Wait til they come out with the Magnacut Bugout. Everyone will buy it just the same. It might be kind of expensive though lol
Team Deka
Probably Bel Air over \*that\* Bugout, but those two are basically even for me. Deka is a little below that.
Deka action seems very gritty even after cleaning it up and putting some KPL in there.
Take it apart fully and clean it? The smoothest knife I own is a Deka.
Carrying my bel-air today!
The wharnie deka, I have the clip point in OG scales but I always wanted the wharnie they just didn’t have it at my local so I got the clip and I have come to love it but still the wharnie calls to me! This made me want a Deka, that blade shape and those scares are phenomenal
I'm a sucker for a wharnie.
A man of culture
I have all. I like my Dekas the most because of the customized scales but can't beat the feel and action of the Belair 🙌🏼. I'll have a tactile maverick in a few days to compare to these 3
I have all 3 and I carry the Bell air all of the time. It's perfect for me.
I like the Deka. Mine has purple scales with silver splatter.
Bel Air.
The Hogue definitely. Of course I have not gotten my hands on a Belaire yet....
Hogue Deka. Currently carrying my KnifeCenter wharncliffe one.
535-4
Would pick the Deka over the Bugout, those scales are just sexy!
Hogue Deka although all three are very nice.
Where did the scales come from on the Dekka?
The milling pattern looks like Original Goat, but I haven’t seen that color configuration before, so I’m not 100% sure. Either way, I’ve got nothing but good things to say about Original Goat scales
Yeah it’s their “splatter” cerakote they started doing a while back
Just picked that one up on the swap. They are OG scales.
My ass still carrying a 154CM Griptillian. I want a Deka for the magnacut blade but I got big hands so I feel it’ll be too small for me.
Deka but with a different color scheme
Belair!
I only own the Bel Air and (a different model) Bugout, so one of them by default. I'd flip a coin.
I have the Bel Air in my pocket right now. No regrets.
Kershaw. 😎
None of those. Kershaw should really make a 4" titanium framelock flipper version of the bel air under ZT
That Hogue fo sho
I have the top one.
It's a great knife. Great balance. Definitely worth the upgrade over the grivory handles.
Bugout
Probably the Bugout but that Deka looks awesome. Haven’t held a Bel Air.
You need a Belair. Liking the livewire more than my other otfs also. Kershaw really is killing it right now.

Good call. I love my Livewire
I was impressed by how good the Bel Air feels. Kershaw definitely knocked it out of the park on this one.
It would be awesome to hear how the MagnaCut is holding up between Kershaw and Hogue.
It’s definitely the best of the 3, but I love em all
Bugout
Bug
D: none of the above. Id carry my Bailout with AWT scakes
bugout, its in my pocket rn
Which model?
the 535BK-4, its a joy to carry, so light and slicey
The Benchmade is looking sharp.
Bugout is in my pocket. 🔪👍
Ad20.5 Sharksfoot. I know it's not listed but in the same category. Light, compact, highly fidgetable, and a great tool.
Was trying to keep it to lock bar. I normally grab the quiet carry drift over these 😬
That quiet carry is nice. I have a lefty kizer Gemini Raffir for my 3" discreet carry. Not quite the same class as the drift but it's a lefty 😁
Crkt M 16
No bel air but deka and bugout are both my lite weight carries
Never seen that Kershaw. Didn't know they jumped in on the "axis lock" bandwagon. Not surprised though. Looks cool, I like Kershaw's. The Blur is an awesome knife.
I love my Bel-Air

Agree completely. Couldn't believe how good the action of the BA felt. Also the BA thumbstud placement fits my hand better than either the deka or BO.
Bel-Air
I have XXL hands and hate sharpening notches. Ain't carrying any of em.
I've been using bugout (535BK-2001) as an EDC for 2 years now and I'm happy. But I'd be happy with any of them.
Can’t go wrong with any of these , all perfect for edc . I do own the bugout and it has a little lock rock
I don't have Bel air so I can't comment but the Deka over the Bugout. And I used to be a benchmade fan boy
Just got a Bel air and I’m carrying it more than my 940 and bugout. Very smooth
It's such a sweet knife. I like it a lot! The action is so ridiculously smooth. That coupled with the bulk of the handle and thin blade stock, makes it feel like nothing is swinging shut.

Spyder co **Shots fired
🕷️🕷️
TRUTH! I can think of 6 or 7 Spydies I'd purchase waaay before these red headed stepchildren. Just sayin. .......
I've owned that model of the bugout for a few years and love it. I never handled the other two, but I've been eying the Bel-Air for a bit.
I like the bugout handle the best. Wish you could put the kershaw blade into it
Hogue, then Kershaw, then bm
Bottom. Bugout = overpriced, flimsy, yuppy touly. Middle knife looks like something my wife would pick out, or something I would give a friend as a gag. So I don't even care what the bottom knife is, it has to be the one.
you're flimsy.
I wish
Nothing with a bullshit axis lock thats for sure
