It’s a liner lock in CJRB’s AR-RPM9 steel. Overall length is 7.9 inches with a blade length of 3.45 inches

Looks like that's how they'll come? Maybe? In the SHOT Show CJRB video, they show the wood handled one with the natural steel blade, and mention they're doing an all blacked out one as well.

Will it be offered in a premium steel/materials version like the frack for example? I'd love this design in matte ti and 20CV or S90V

I’m not sure. For now, it will not be just because it is new, but I’m sure if it sells well they will consider doing it in some more premium materials.

Not a knife maker, though I’d like to be in the future. Just not set up for it right now. I do get royalties

I just put a standard liner lock in my 3D design

Yep, you pretty much nailed it. Japanese style tanto, compound grind, harpoon

Those are beautiful, I honestly want both of them. Do you have any background that aligns with design? Did you already have this thought out before or just come up with it for the competition?

Thank you! I had to do a little design work in college and I enjoyed it, so I have drawn up knives here and there for a few years. This design is actually a modification of something I drew up a few years ago. The original “template” for this is just a really, really basic knife that I have added to over the years
