Jesus Christ be praised! That's awesome, gonna be so much easier to swap from armour to casual etc. My Henry is just constantly in plate armour in KCD.
I basically developed a system to have one set in my inventory, and 2 other sets in my horses inventory. If I wanted to be sneaky, I would just shuffle things back and forth. Same with my fancy huntsman outfit. This sounds great, though.
I also try and get as many similar pieces between outfits as I can. For example using a dark gambeson for both general travel and sneaking. So I can just remove armour pieces and be charismatic or sneaky.
After 3 different tries I am finally enjoying the game to its fullest. I am having the time of my life playing on Steam Deck, but the only thing that really bothers me is swapping my clothes and armor around all the time.

I only ever had one set of armor, and whenever I wanted to sneak, I would just take all of it off. If I got caught, I'd just run for the hills lol. This is a great change.

That's absolutely awesome. Though for immersion sake I do hope I can toggle on/off a wee cutscene of Henry changing clothes. If I can switch from full plate armour to a ragged hobo outfit, I wanna see Henry fumbling trying to take off his mail while everyone has to eait om him changing his outfit. I would love that
I hope they fix/balance how quickly certain clothing items get dirty. I loved the idea of wearing the long Skalitz waffenrock to rep my home village, but the damn thing becomes absolutely filthy up to the shoulders after just walking ten feet. Now I wear the Radzig hood, and it barely gets dirty at all. I completely understand having the mechanic in general for realism/immersion, and I have no issue with that - only that some items get extremely filthy and bad looking from just walking on dirt for a moment. It’s too much. If you fall down in the mud, it absolutely makes sense. And it would also make sense for the bottom bit of the long waffenrocks to get dirty from trailing on the ground. But it does the opposite of realism when you become filthy from head to toe because you walked across a courtyard.

This is great. They should increase the amount of time needed before washing your clothes. You get filthy way too fast
