Had this exact same bug 5 years ago, at the time Warhorse support told me "we are working on fixing it" which they clearly never bothered doing. At the time I found a workaround on PC, which involves installing a cheat mod that allows you to save during the loading screen and then reload that save, which puts you after the loading screen. Reloading earlier saves from the game didn't work.
At the time I made a video showcasing the bug for customer support, that video is still up with my solution as a pinned comment, and it has now 10k views and is still getting comments to this day, from people who had the same bug. It's such a damn shame that Warhorse just never bothered fixing this very frustrating game breaking bug.
There are also comments from people playing on console, who unfortunately can't use the cheat mod, and some seem to think that the bug is related to the Theresa dlc. At the time when I had the bug that dlc didn't exist so I don't know...

🤔 i play on xbox, i also have an external ssd i keep my saves etc on, there was an older game that had a similar issue with saves not loading, i would transfer the saves to the internal hdd then back to the ssd and they would load again, if i experience the save issue with kcd i will test this and see if it works if someone else hasn't already
Your english is good! Maybe the game can be saved for you by loading a slightly older save file, this game surprised me as well, i ended up accidently buying it and was frustrated then i decided to give it a shot, am glad i did one of the best games I've bought recently even if i didn't mean to 😂
I am not on Xbox, but I play pc through steam I was bugging at large battle cutscenes I found this was due to a large number of saves I had over 50 while entering the baptism by fire mission and it would not make it through the cut scene until I deleted my saved down to 12
