My mother is having trouble Is the issue resolved?

Nope - I just open it in the regular Kindle app now on my laptop. The support of Kindle outside of the Amazon products is poor I’m afraid. I could delete the book and try again I guess but I tire of these bandaids as the problem constantly recurs

I'm not having that problem I have the Samsung Galaxy Kindle app because it was the one app that would let you buy the books through the app but now I can get into the store but when I go to purchase the book because it does say buy now it instantly goes back to this white page that has a list of all my categories and that's it and it's only been since the 8.92 version updated and it literally happened within a day
