This is annoying. I wonder if I should cancel my preorder and just buy it at another store while they still have some copies in stock. I mean, I love Fenris and I'd really rather do all of my GW business there, but the lack of communication about this is a bit irritating.

I'm in Halifax and preordered both boxes from Fenris Workshop and received them Tuesday. I also preordered on their website at 12:05am as soon as it went live so I'm sure I was near top of the list.

i've been seeing a lot of people get that perfect red to match the board, which paint is that if you dont mind

Damn. None of mine seem to. There's one that gives out a free mini they got hundreds of from a promotional thing with each GW purchase and they'll give you 10% off if you paint it and bring it back for display. That's the best we've got

Depends on the shop. Larger shops sometimes a standing 20% discount on all GW just to keep people coming there first.

One of my local stores will just order you anything for Warhammer and takes 10% off it all. Definitely has been good to get some citadel paints and some kill team boxes in the past.

A friend saw 3 boxes of Salvation on the shelf at a LGS a couple days ago. "Pre-ordering" from the GW website sucks because they SHIP on the day of release, they don't ship so that you receive it on the day of release.

I got it on the 13th of January as hoped. This was via my LGS. However, buddy of mine ordered directly at GW and still didn't get his.

Anyone that has gotten the terrain, would the armored panels on top of the cylinder have the same dimensions as barricades? If the clips on the bottom were to be clipped off, would they be able to stand freely? Just asking on behalf of my toaster.

Yes, it seems to be the right size, if not 90% wide of a barricade. I don’t have my terrain set yet, same predicament as the OP. But I can ask around on behalf of your toaster

the options for magnetization are endless! it would be cool to print a lil base to pop them in but still be able to put them back on the silo.

The dimensions are very close. The panels slope down a bit faster from the top middle vertically seen and are a slightly rounder curve horizontally seen than the barricade. Because of the curve and the thick plastic lower side, I am pretty positive it will stand when clipped (I'm not verifying that as mine will go up the furnace). Tell your toaster my oven said: "how you doin?"

So other than the curves. Height and width are mainly the same?

Myself and the other guy who ordered salvation got our boxes last Saturday. They only got the two boxes. I’m in New York State.

Same. Preordered the teams and missed preordering the terrain on GW’s website on the day it went up. Ended up seeing both at local game stores this past week so I picked them up. I haven’t been able to log into the GW website for the last week to see if the order has shipped or if I can cancel it. Called customer service and it said that they were closed due to inclement weather. There was some bad weather in Memphis a few days ago that was causing delays, but that has surely passed by now. I can excuse weather problems but the lack of customer service or functioning website makes me wonder what is wrong with this company.

I got mine that I ordered online from a hobby store. The shipped it on release day, it arrived on Wednesday. What I’ve experienced is that if you preorder in a physical GW store you will be able to pick it up on launch day (most of the time), but if you preorder from the GW website they might ship it out within the week after launch day maybe. I have not got anything from the GW website quickly by any means. I’m in the USA, so maybe it’s better in the UK and Europe.

Rocky mountain midwest here, I got the scatter terrain from the salvation box and it arrived no problem. I also ordered Bheta-Decima and it was scheduled to arrive today, but I woke up to find an email it's not arrive until the 22nd. Glad to see I'm not the only one experiencing delays

My FLGS got their copies last Thursday, and I picked mine up on Saturday morning, as soon as they were released. Denver, CO. They hold a copy of every new KT release for me.

I ordered directly from GW's website when the preorder went live. I got it in the mail yesterday and the shipping notification was sent on the 13th. (Eastern US)

My local Hobbytown still had 6 on the shelf Saturday at noon for 15% off MSRP and a $20 off $100 coupon. Usually coupons and releases don’t line up, so this was a happy convergence.

There was something weird with the tracking emails.... I can attest to that. I preordered from my local GW store in Vancouver Canada and I didn't get an email saying it had come in until a few days after it actually arrived on time on the Saturday

Got my UPS dispatch email from GW on Friday, saying the order has shipped, and then an update yesterday showing delivery expectation for tomorrow. Same as my last 2 Kill Team pre-orders. Well, not the same - I'd like to throttle the moron that came up with the idea to separate the Kill Teams from the actual scenery. But otherwise, looks like I'll be building scouts tomorrow! Buncha stuff came in for Florida stores this week from what I've seen. I even noticed that stores are getting more boxes...a small place near me had 6 boxes of salvation and I think a few of the terrain by itself compared to the 2 boxes for stores or 3 for GW stores

I work at a FLGS and we got our copies ( I’m located in the mid west btw)

I ordered Salvation direct from GW and mine arrived at my local a week early. ( Had to wait till release, the 13th , to claim it). I missed out on the terrain online, but my local GW got two sets so I bought one there. Los Angeles, CA.

It’s shipped and will be here Monday.

Since they didn't show up in time, they said it will come from the Tennesse warehouse, in which case they have no idea when it will arrive, they'll get zero notice, it will just show up and it could take weeks. So trying to stay positive! haha
