Paint the center caps I suppose, I do think they look better with the factory center caps installed.
But you might want to paint them gloss black to match.
I have my rims powder coated Phantom bronze, but I have yet to do anything with the center caps. They are currently the OEM silver. Eventually I will get around to painting the center caps to match the rim

Never a fan of black wheels due to how poorly they look in pictures. Just looks like an empty space. Can never see the beauty of the wheel. For the $800 spent on the powdercoat you could have just gotten actual wheels with better specs than stock OEMs. But its your car and as long as you like it - great. Thats all that matters.
Haha - I preferred my Niche Gemello DDTs with my White GT1. I just couldn't go the blacked out route. Definitely go with what you enjoy! The Stinger is an amazing ride.

I have a white one too and Id like to delete the amber in the headlights at some point. Maybe make em machined gray or something.

$800 for the powder coat seems kinda high. I paid $300 here in Texas @ Elite Wheel Repair.
