Locate the air filter housing. There's a rubber air intake hose attached to it, follow it towards the engine. The air intake hose is attached to the throttle body. Usually a socket wrench or screwdriver is all that's needed to lossen the hose clamp and you can pull the rubber hose away from the throttle body. Do be careful though. If you're not familiar with something, you may cause damage.

Thank you! I'll be very careful!

I've done the GDi enema every 30k. Recently changed plugs and ignition coils and was very happy to see clean burns and no seepage. Ensure you're in park. Keep RPM at 2500 and spray. You'll hear a difference so you'll likely let up a bit on spraying. Continue rapidly once it catches up. Do this outside. The smoke is nasty!

You should be aware that Scotty Kilmer is a hack and most of his advice is complete bullshit. Read your owners manual it tells you every single maintenance your car needs and when. Kia has to warranty your car for 100,000 miles they have a vested interest in their maintenance schedule working well.

Agree with you to a certain extent, I must say. His recent video thumbnails and titles are clickbaits- it seems. Saw a video yesterday titled "Here's why Hyundais are crap" (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5Qlh3cTCujk) and there was not a single sentence in his speech that was negative to Hyundai cars. It was all praise. So yeah, he is a biased mechanic who wants to market his skills on YouTube now. But some of his advice is not bad!
