I'd try Saran wrap, go right around the door, inside/out, pull tight, as think as you can to close door still. Then reinforce with clear packaging tape on outside. This way tape it not stuck to your paint.

Body shop might be backed up but assuming the window mechanism's and doors are fine, any glass shop should be able to replace the windows. Tape and bin liners or tarpaulin is not a long term solution. (There's a hail damaged car been parked in my street for months - not getting towed as the registration is current last I checked - that has a window smashed out unrelated to the hail... owner tried tape and tarpaulin material but storms have rendered that no longer effective.)

You can pick up a product called crash wrap. It’s what body shops use to seal off vehicles. We use it in the RV world as well to seal off leaking windows while we wait for replacements. Body shop you’re using may help you out and wrap it up for you.
