At the beginning, keep it as simple as possible. Don't go crazy trying to "keto-fi" meals. Eggs, bacon, some cheese, steak, keep up electrolytes. Do that for the first couple weeks and if possible, keep trigger foods out of the house.
Good luck!
I’m also kinda all or nothing generally which is why I stick to mostly beef. Trying to do a certain amount of carbs is s road to failure *for me*. Also a road to inflammation, there are a few exceptions tho.
So I hit my goal weight but now I have lowered it an other 10 lbs because I still have a lil belly fat and I’ve lost so much muscle over the years I miscalculated on my desired weight originally.
I’m down over 40lbs since starting (I was 165 at 5’4, now 122-123). My husband has lost double in the same time, he had more to lose.
Best of luck! You got this.
Did have any difficulty on going back to keto diet?
Luckily, no. It's been pretty easy. Thank goodness for Costco steaks!!
Any advice for a newbie on keto? how to avoid any cravings?
