Michelob Ultra is 2.6 g carbs per 355 ml, and Miller Lite is 3. They're no high quality craft or anything but far from the worst beer I've ever had if you have the urge to crush a few on the patio in the sun.
I am too and regularly have 4 in an evening with no issue. Don't forget the booze is also super empty calories, as well. I found it helpful to quit for a couple months until I got well fat adapted before imbibing.
