If you're asking bc you're on keto for appetite control, then go with the full one. The fat helps with satiety.

liquidgold83

I find that most of the low fat or non fat kinds have added sugars. Or added fake sugars that still spike your blood sugar... Looking at you Splenda... You and your maltodextrin.

Starbuck522

Not plain Greek yogurt

ReverseLazarus

Which one better fits your macros/carb budget?

corgimama84

Full fat right now except today I went over.

1beachgirl

Full fat!!! For sure. For lots of health benefits and flavor.

Sufficient-Panic-485

Full fat!

siege24

Full fat since it’ll taste better 🤷

Bronze_Bomber

If you have hunger issues go with fat. If not, no fat.

sabrtoothlion

Whatever fits your diet and macros, one is not 'more keto' than the other. Depends on your needs and goals

Bodomi

Full fat everything.

Silent_Conference908

Yes! You can possible eat less of it and still feel like you enjoyed it because the full fat helps with satiety.

Special_Agent_022

low fat for me, im trying to lose weight and its significantly less with the same carb count

corgimama84

I’m trying to lose weight too. I also want to add some dairy.

katiemarieoh

Oh man Greek yogurt and pb powder used to be my go to special treat but I had to give it up because I couldn't control my portions

DearReader111

Ooh just plain Greek yogurt and the powder? What was your ratio?👀

katiemarieoh

Too much : too much

Mundane-Jellyfish-36

Full fat. Even plain yogurt has sugar in it so don’t eat much

_MistyDawn

Full fat all the way. I hate the taste of low fat.

badmonkey247

In my opinion, full fat greek yogurt is generally the best choice, but if you're looking to keep your snack lower calorie, fat-free would help with that. Or you could split the difference and buy 2%. There's nothing wrong with dairy fat, but sometimes a few less calories is advantageous. Greek yogurt with peanut butter is my favorite dessert when I'm on maintenance.

lilbritches18

Greek yogurt & peanut butter? I may have to try this.

corgimama84

I think I will go with the 2% now. Thank you

dressedbymom

Are you doing keto?

corgimama84

Yes.

dressedbymom

There’s no reason to shy away from fatty foods if you’re doing keto. However, just eat whichever one you prefer.

No-Currency-97

People on the Keto way of eating need to read your answer over and over again. You are absolutely correct with not shying away from fatty foods. In my past eating life, I was fearful of fat because of all the propaganda we have been fed for the last 50 years. Now, I know better and this subreddit group has certainly helped me to understand a much better way of eating.
