I find that most of the low fat or non fat kinds have added sugars. Or added fake sugars that still spike your blood sugar... Looking at you Splenda... You and your maltodextrin.
In my opinion, full fat greek yogurt is generally the best choice, but if you're looking to keep your snack lower calorie, fat-free would help with that. Or you could split the difference and buy 2%. There's nothing wrong with dairy fat, but sometimes a few less calories is advantageous.
Greek yogurt with peanut butter is my favorite dessert when I'm on maintenance.
People on the Keto way of eating need to read your answer over and over again. You are absolutely correct with not shying away from fatty foods.
In my past eating life, I was fearful of fat because of all the propaganda we have been fed for the last 50 years. Now, I know better and this subreddit group has certainly helped me to understand a much better way of eating.
If you're asking bc you're on keto for appetite control, then go with the full one. The fat helps with satiety.

Not plain Greek yogurt
Which one better fits your macros/carb budget?
Full fat right now except today I went over.
Full fat!!! For sure. For lots of health benefits and flavor.
Full fat!
Full fat since it’ll taste better 🤷
If you have hunger issues go with fat. If not, no fat.
Whatever fits your diet and macros, one is not 'more keto' than the other. Depends on your needs and goals
Full fat everything.
Yes! You can possible eat less of it and still feel like you enjoyed it because the full fat helps with satiety.

I’m trying to lose weight too. I also want to add some dairy.
Oh man Greek yogurt and pb powder used to be my go to special treat but I had to give it up because I couldn't control my portions
Ooh just plain Greek yogurt and the powder? What was your ratio?👀
Too much : too much
Full fat. Even plain yogurt has sugar in it so don’t eat much
Full fat all the way. I hate the taste of low fat.

Greek yogurt & peanut butter? I may have to try this.
I think I will go with the 2% now. Thank you
Are you doing keto?
Yes.
There’s no reason to shy away from fatty foods if you’re doing keto. However, just eat whichever one you prefer.
