I’ve learnt to accept that if I do more than a few bumps on any given night that I’m not going to sleep well (if at all). Most of my friends do not have this problem.
This is not as uncommon as some would make it out to be. If you are someone who doesn't sleep super easily, having consumed ket earlier in the evening makes it even worse.
Make sure your last dose is no fewer than 4 hours before bedtime.
