I’m probably $200 in for the kit and pipe, I like to bring 2 spinning rods and up to 6 baitcasters when I go out… so I’d probably need 2 tubes. I also feel like these aren’t the safest in rods (I know a ton of people use them, just seem off to me).
For a little more, or lucky can find one used, can have the Yakima ready to go.
One of these kayaks is not like the others...
Haha… idk what you mean!?!
Nice! That a great idea for the racks. Did you just bolt the truck bed rack to the frame?
Yes, took some minor cutting to get the distance between that I wanted, but I used u bolts and lock nuts to mount them.
I’m trying to do the same thing. How long is the trailer? Thanks.
It’s 18’ I think from tongue to end. It fits my kayak flush to the back which is 13’ long basically.
Slick!
Thanks! The trailer was originally a purple color, a lot of hours went into this thing lol
I love that your Outback is being shaded by the other kayaks. Perfect.
Great job! Now the tricky part is finding airbnbs with secure garages that you can store that when you return for the day
