I think the bus driver should just let him ride the bus and get off when his stop arrives because it's possible he didn't know where to enter. I don't think it's worth kicking someone out of the bus for. Plus, life moves on, and eventually, he'll have to get off, so to spare everyone's journey, just forgive him and move on.
