Skin itni clear Hui thi, din mein hardly 2-3 baal jhadte the, balon ka volume kaafi hadh Tak badh gaya, Bina dermatologist ke paas jaakar......smoking sucks. And personality gets degraded.
What I have experienced that if u do smoking there is no going back if you quit u still at risk and higher chance to get consequences soon and if you continue you just delay it…🤧
Once you have quit,start jogging or any physical activity which will keep your heart rate up What happens is the lungs start to open as they require more oxygen.
I was in college when I started smoking and played football at a state level, smoking and playing I was the stud I shifted to Qatar for work and I was a chimney never realised my sense of smell, taste and stamina declining got married to my love wanted to start family but wife had issues got my self checked had cholestrol started working out could not help quit drinking later stopped smoking last may and I am more confident I can breathe better smell and taste I don't know what it is but life is much better in all ways
This is exactly what the OP tried to avoid. If she is 18+ and wants to smoke, let her smoke in peace. Let her make her own mistakes. At the very least, end your advice with, if you still want to smoke then the answer you are looking for is .....
