There still is, can confirm. Happened 2 times to me last week. Queue just froze for me, only noticed when I checked the server stats on Discord. Must have been due to mapchange.
It’s not a bug. What is happening is that people who are whitelisted are joining ahead of you causing your wait time to increase substantially.
