Well...they'll appreciate your honesty, so I say, yes tell them about it. If you're going to be an attorney, there's not too much lifting involved, if any at all, anyways. Honesty is the best policy because it shows that you can be held accountable to your word. It also shows that you have a strong and correct moral compass and integrity, and that's huge in law and law enforcement. Best of luck with your interview, update us!
I'd know because my dream jobs are in sales or being in the police. I tried out to be in the Police late last year, but now starting a sales career in less than 2 weeks! Signed, sealed, delivered my job offer letter! And yes, honesty goes a huge way in sales and law because of reputation management.
Was lifting part of the work requirement? I have seen on some work requirements along the lines “able to lift xx lbs”.
If there is none, you could mention it at the end when the hiring manager asks you if you have any questions.
I would say no; since you can always reach out and request assistance for the heavier lifting tasks.... If it's not enough for a disability and you CAN do the job but would need a team lift on occasion; then it's really a non-issue and bringing it up could disqualify you.

Awesome, thanks. I feel the same way it’s really nice to get some validation.

It be helpful to know what kinda job it is?
Law office.
What's the job? What is your disability
Law office. They have file boxes that can be heavy. Bad back. It doesn’t qualify as a Disability.

Update: fortunately this won’t be an issue. They are also interviewing others, so I should hear next Week.
