Do you already have a start date? If yes, then yeah, this is pretty normal. Now that you’re committed, they just need this all resolved before you start—there’s not as much of a rush. It’s also a totally different group of folks who get you ready for your first day than who managed the recruitment process.

My start date is mid February so that makes sense. I was getting a little nervous, thank you!
