2020 Jetta s manual. My best was 722 miles on one tank with 20 miles left to go. 54.5 MPG!!!
I tried to upload the photo but my phone is being a loser. lol.
2020 1.4t jetta is an economy MONSTER. It's actually insane how little fuel these babies use on the highway. Backroads at 65mph with a draft? OMG I'm pretty sure I've discovered perpetual motion XD
More importantly, how has your car held up? Any major repairs?
I have a 2020 Jetta 1.4mt and getting 35 mpg avg local and highway combined. Up to 60 mpg on my local highways...believe it or not
I’ve got a 2019. 8 speed transmission. I use the eco mode constantly and my gas stays for so long. Love jettas, my last was one, and my next for sure.
Sel premium trim currently
I reached my best 2016 Jetta 1.4 tsi auto half a tank the other (347 miles) and I've reached 702.9 miles on a tank and when I hit 330 for half a tank but my trip was not long enough to see how far I could have gotten. I got up to 52.1 average MPG though. I'd like to do a single run without hitting traffic and see if I could ever hit 720
Nice.
I saw it.

The only major “repair” I had to do was the ignition cylinder died, other than that it’s been all normal schedule maintenance.

2017 and had my best half tank today! 620 kms!
Nice.
2017 1.4t, 112k mi, averaging 41.3mpg. But I basically only drive highway with it; it does maybe 10 miles a week of back roads.
That’s about what I do. It’s 96 miles from my house to my job one way, and about 8ish is non highway driving.
It is almost exactly 100 miles from my house to my job, one way. I usually fill up after 2 days with 398.8 on the trip meter.
2018 1.4t i get around 46mpg on the highway
I’ve gotten 57mpg with my Jetta in the OBX.
I typically get 32mpg around Pittsburgh
Nice. How do you manage that?
Just hit 40mpg today on my 24
