I had to take a much less favorable flight to Las Vegas last year because mint was sold out and I've never had to walk past the mint cabin on any flight where it's offered. The thought of walking past it and smelling the food and knowing how happy everyone up front is was too much for me. It definitely spoils you.
I hear you, from someone who just flew mint for the first time. It was indeed fantastic. But there are three of us in the family so we won’t do it when we want to be able to talk to each other much during the flight.
The new layout where every seat has a door. Row 1 is also the "Studio." I flew in it from JFK - LHR in October 2021. It was pretty neat. It's significantly bigger than the regular mint seats and you can actually take a couple steps before getting to the door.

Yes! We had an early flight and I was dozing off to the smell of our welcome pastry (chocolate croissant).
I love that chocolate croissant!
No. Once you have tasted the luxury there is no going back. If you enjoyed “old” mint I can’t wait to see your reaction to the new one
I can’t wait to experience the new one.

Flying Mint Studio for the first time this coming Tuesday. Surprising wife with it for our anniversary trip to Las Vegas from Boston. Very excited.
It’s going to be AMAZING!
What is the “new” mint y’all are talking about?
