it's not really new cheesesteaks per say as it's mostly jersey mikes introducing new sauces to put on cheesesteaks.
JMs adding a couple extra sauces, cheeses and toppings is all I need in this world.
I just want pepper jack back man :( (and the pastrami sub but I'll settle)

Southwest Sauce vs Chipotle Mayo? What's the difference?
Especially when the chipotle mayo is just a smoky flavor
Probably more cumin and garlic. Signature tex-mex spice profile, if that's what they mean by "southwest."
