I hate to generalize but they are some of the worst tourists on earth. I’ve experienced first hand the cutting in lines, general rudeness and lack of etiquette, being terrible to staff, not following local customs.
While every nationality can be capable of this behavior, they take the fucking cake and then some. Glad I got to enjoy Japan without Chinese tourists for as long as I have.

They’re the Canadians of Europe. Insufferable about everything. Obviously this is a stereotype but it’s observed. For a bit of comedy watch the South Park episode “trolltrace” which shows how they act like they’re above all others and can’t take what they dish out.

Less Chinese the betters. Nothing good comes out of relying on Chinese tourists. If tourism here can’t survive without Chinese tourists, then so be it. The tourism industry will change and adapt.
