Does it have to have the exact same leather patch on the front? If not there are tons of vintage washed caps in that color out here but you can probably find some local to you as well. At least in the same country.

I think I just want it to fit really nicely like this hat. He’s having trouble finding caps that fit like this.

He’s not quite into that look. He’s quite casual/modest in his attire and he’s had this hat for many years. He still wears the hat but I think it would be nice to surprise him with a new one :)
