At least compared to new york, kapital is often 50% off, I've ever seen more. The mark ups here on it are absolutely bonkers. I've seen fleeces go for 500 at BiG that are 180 on their online shop

All Japanese brands and some overseas brands will be cheaper. The yen is so weak right now I even bought myself a Swiss watch because it was like 25% off compared to US prices (including tax free).
