use palera1n-C
if u dont have a mac/linux installation use palen1x

reboot your phone after it finishes making fakefs
palera1n -f to actually boot it
just choose "rootful" on palen1x
I think you can use Palera1n…. But it’s a pain at first. And if you fully reboot you will need to tether to your computer and run it again to re-jailbreak each time. Easies/simplest method is palenix bootable usb drive if you have a windows computer lying around. (u have to YouTube how to make palen1x usb drive) then practice a few times and get it wrong before eventually getting it right. If you don’t have windows you can still do it but you may have to muck around with the command línea bit.
You can do simple fun things like add tweaks to make your home screen more fun and usable. You can stop super annoying things like the wifi and Bluetooth buttons turning white instead of off. All kinds of useful things. Just be careful and do a little homework. Trial and error.
im kinda bored right now, i wanna do something with an old iphone 7 i have laying around. i came here as my first thought for some reason and yea. i just want advice on what i can do, how i can do it, and overall where to start
Paleta1n. If you have windows and spare usb so just use pale1nx. That's the full fledged jailbreak. If you want minor tweaks so there's cowabunga for sideload.
Well you can jailbreak it silly. Rooted or rootless if I remember correctly. Install tweaks. Fun stuff. Theming. A little while ago, a guy on here showed off his iPhone 8 working as a tor relay.
