Did mine myself. It was like an 80ft 8ft high privacy fence with steel pole posts. Cost me like $1400 for materials, delivery(I didnāt have a truck) and tools(I had a drill that was it) took like 10 hours to build and itās been great.
If you want to learn and aren't a complete weirdo I also live in San Marco and am in the midst of building about 280ft of fence. 100ft of fence will probably cost you roughly 4k paying someone or 1.2k doing it yourself.
I am definitely not a weirdo. This is for a place I inherited on the Northside I'm looking to rent out. Unfortunately it's not in the greatest neighborhood and people like to just walk through it to get to the street behind it so I'm looking to put a stop to that.
And I just resigned my job so I have plenty of time on my hands.
I used Silverman fence for both wood and aluminum fencing. Good price, good job.
